I pre-ordered my case from SGP on October 25th to be shipped November 1st. I still haven't received my case. All I can send is an email to contact SGP. I've sent two with no response. Is it normal to have to wait so long? What would you guys do in my situation?

You probably got bumped to the Nov 12th pre-order group. I ordered mine on Oct 25th as well and was confused about the delivery date because when I placed the order, it stated it was for the Nov 1st pre-order, but when I checked their site (after payment) on my account, it blatantly said for Preorder 11-12.
I emailed them and they confirmed it would be in the Nov 12 pre-order.

Both my Satin Silver matte (which I had for about six weeks) and the EX (2 weeks) look pristine. Like I mentioned I would still be using the Matte if it weren't for the slight lag that affected the silicone back. The EX form gives me bumper looks with the ability to use my connectors.

Looks like I won't be getting my Dante Red anymore. Thanks to SGP's idiot customer service/shipping team, they forgot to put my work's suite number on the label. As such, it floated around for about 2-3 days and then USPS sent it back to SGP. They notified me, today, after it had arrived in CA....today. Thanks SGP for your blatant stupidity 🙄
Mine looks fine but I haven't dropped it and it's always sitting it's own pocket in my pants. The silver paint on the sleep button is starting to fade around the edges.
I've not had it for an entire month, but I did have about a 2' drop on to ceramic tile. No scuffs.
It's still tight around the phone. I'm happy with it.

hows the silicone? my otterbox commuter silicone is like starting to sag which is why i bought this case. hopefully the silicone does not sag at all...
After using it for a few days, I'm actually quite happy with it. Kinda loving this case, I am surprised how I went from not liking it to loving it. Was pretty slippery in the hand but I guess I got used to it and luckily I haven't dropped my phone nor came close with this case yet! (knocks on wood) As of right now I definitely recommend this case. I just hope it holds up after a month or even a few months. And for the silicone, I don't see that it would sag because of the plastic band that holds the silicone in place. Overall I'm pretty happy after all. 🙂

The sag I experienced was in the middle of the back of the case. It was ever so slight to the point that when my fingers would touch it, I would feel a slight give. If found it to be a little worse if you squeezed the sides of the case.
This is on the NEO Hybrid (with the back), correct? Not the EX which is just bumper style (no back).
When I first got my Reventon Yellow with carbon back, I was totally impressed with the look. Very, very nice, kind of looks like BumbleBee from the Transformers. When I first started to hold it, it did feel pretty slippery and was worried that I would drop it, but that has not happened. 😀
No issues, no sag, got used to the feeling, and at this point, won't change it unless it gets damaged. If I do get another case, it would probably be another EX.
Doesn't really fit the charger from my 3G, which was my back up, but no problems with the 4 charger, and fits perfect in my Kensington in my car.

Correct. I have both. I am enjoying the EX version.
When it comes to the EX there is really no opportunity for any type of sag since the outer "bumper" portion of the case fits over the majority of the the silicone.

That looks like a rebadged Scosche Bandedge. I have the Scosche and like the Neo EX much more.
I agree, I felt as if I would drop it too but it has not happened yet, thankfully.
And I agree with that, thats why I'm not sure how its possible to really have sagging unless you snagged it on something.
after doing a heads up comparison to my saggyass apple bumper I ordered one right away. plus tested it with the proclip bumper holder and it fit perfectly (they must be similar dimensions)

the outer part, not the silicone for the EX. like if i break the yellow piece on accident for my EX case, can i buy that replacement and it'll work?
