Anyone using the Oleophobic protector? I'm missing the bare glass since I'm seeing a ton of more fingerprints/oils now. Don't have a SGP protector on though (cheapo ebay one and incipio one).

Has anyone else not received their refund yet? I've emailed them but haven't heard anything back.
I am due some replacement films and haven't heard back after the mass email and after another email I sent yesterday. My buddy who ordered since the debacle has received his new set with the proper cutouts. I'm a bit disappointed to hear that all of us who received the bad sets have not received the replacement nor received refunds yet.
I'm having the same issue with the film not adhering around the earpiece. It's not terrible, but it's a bit annoying. Also, I have to do a bit of trimming for the film pieces that stick to the sides of the phone. Not sure if they just weren't cut properly or if I stretched them a bit while installing.
I emailed them about a replacement last weekend and they never responded back. However, received an email notification today that I was fully refunded, and I still keep the original film set (granted, I don't have the cutout for the flash) but that's definitely fine with me haha. I never really use my camera when it needs flash anyway.
I bought the Oleophobic protector from eBay Uk. Love it so far as it's clear and also remove most of the finger print. I throw my incipio one straight into the bin

Is it harder for fingerprints to show up or easier to wipe them off? Both?
Would like to know this as well. Also, does the oleophobic protector have a cutout for the camera? Thanks
The newer ones do.
I finally got mine in the mail today. They sent me the full body kit, plus the updated back protectors with a cut-out for the flash. An x-acto knife later, I have an extra 2 back protectors, so I'm not complaining.
Their customer service really stinks.
It takes them 24 hours to respond everytime.
Im still in the process of trying to obtain a replacement. I had to email them a second time requesting a refund before they would even respond.
Of course I responded by asking them to respond to my initial inquiry that i wanted a replacement. Now I have to wait another 24 hours. LOL
I cant wait for the PS screens to come out already.

im now on 7 days for my intial email, 4 days for my second email, 2 days for my third email
if i dont get a replacement or hear back from them by tomorrow - im filling a chargeback with my credit card company and am tempted to send an email to everyone from the infamous mass email encouraging them to do the same if they dont plan on communitcation with their customers
i don't see why everyones complaining about a cutout for the front camera on the crystal film. i don't want a front cutout on mine bc i consider it just another hole to collect finger oil and dirt. i really don't think it needs one. why.. bc theres no flash. you need a full cut out for back bc the flash will transfer light to the cam and wash out pics, but the front cam won't be affected enough to tell with the crappy vga cam anyway, i stuck a crappy 3g clear film on my iphone 4 temporarly and couldn't tell any bit of difference on the front cam. obviously the antiglares need a front cutout. anyway i hope my crystal film i just ordered doesn't have a front hole bc of all the complaining.
I got my replacement MATTE back protector today with the flash cutout. It was just the back, no sides, no front with the camera cutout.
Ditto here. If this thing is actually clear AND resists fingerprints, I'm interested.
Can someone in the know please provide a status update? Are the EX Crystal Full body shields all good to go, or should we wait a bit?

I meant for new orders it SEEMS...
I ordered the EX Ultra as soon as I heard they fixed the cut out. I ordered them and I received this...
1x EX Ultra Kit and 1x EX Ultra Back Replacements so yes 4 BACKS...
It makes sense to save the previous inventory and just send the replacement kits along with it...which is what they're doing for NEW orders...

Yeah, I used an xacto knife to 'fix' the older back films without the flash cutout.
PS: Do you mind doing a test of the Ultra Clear vs. Oleophobic vs. Bare Glass for fingerprints? I'm debating ordering an extra set of the anti-fingerprint fronts if they're a huge jump from the Clear.
