Today, Stone Sport Band

Yassss. That’s like me. I have silver aluminum Nike series 6, but I have a big band collection, and some of them have gold hardware. I found a used series 4 SS gold and love it so much. I actually kind of want three watches now—Nike, SS gold, and SS silver, but I always pay for cellular for both of my watches and paying for it for three seems excessive.

Curious, what carrier and do you have the same phone number linked to both watches?

Two tone Classic
Picked up a couple of gen 3 classic buckles from the recent old band drops on eBay I had been hunting for years!

I had already picked up the Gen 3 Midnight Blue in this recent flush of old bands. Was toying with the idea of the Storm Gray, but was on the fence, as I thought it would be too similar, with both tones being SO dark. This comparison in equivalent lighting shows them off, and they are both stunning.

Just got the Storm Gray for $55 NIB. Some “FOMO” factored in, given your comments about searching for some time for these. Definitely won’t be any regrets, as the lugs on these can be swapped for future proofing.

Thanks for the photos!

Had a white case/shell when I bought the watch but needed to bulk up an Amazon order for free postage and went for the blue. Looks nicer than I expected looking at Amazon pics. The strap is starting to show some grubbiness so I need to find out how to give it a clean.

I am sharing this for those of you who don't want to pay for a screen replacement.

I found this cracked S4SS for real cheap and I don't mind as I am only using it while waiting for the new Series 7.

The cost for a replacement screen is actually really expensive, so I put a screen protector on and it looks pretty good surprisingly. It takes a while to get all the bubbles off tho.

Anyway, I am super excited for the new Series 7 🤩

With Series 7 just around the corner, I looked back to photos in my camera roll almost a year ago, heres my very stealthy Space Black Titanium Series 6 with its Dark Grey Sport Band I briefly had before I exchanged it for the Natural Titanium. I really love that shine it had:

I really hope both Titanium models are retained in the lineup unfortunately at the moment the rumours suggest otherwise… Hopefully we get pleasantly surprised tomorrow :)

Just scrub with hand soap or dish soap and warm water and lay flat to dry, or throw it in the washer in a lingerie bag. I wash all of mine regularly, sport loops, solo loops and sport bands.

Any plans or feelings for the s7? New design enough to get you to ditch SBSS or pay the Hermes tax or settle for graphite?

I absolutely love my SBSS and will be keeping it. Definitely wouldn’t pay the Hermès tax personally. Graphite isn’t as exciting for me. I hear Titanium might be discontinued, which I don’t see why they would do that. My second choice after SBSS would be Natural Titanium, tried on a friend’s in the photo below and loved the finish. Also think that armor finish would look great with the square body of S7.

I am wondering if Apple will keep the mirror finish on the SS if titanium does end up discontinued. The polished finish looked great on the curved iPhones and watches. But I don’t think it looks very good on the 12 Pro models. The rails look like a straight up mirror. It would be cool to see a brushed SS finish instead. Guess we will know in a few hours!

More on the topic of this thread: in honor of today’s event, I am wearing the band style and watch face that made want an Apple Watch in the first place. Storm Gray CB paired with the OG Solar face.
