California Poppy! 🔥

Wow. This looks like Cantaloupe on steroids. Please describe in words this color! Thank you.
Yeah I would say it’s the shade of cantaloupe with 50 or 75% of the saturation of Kumquat. Not quite the Mac and Cheese/McDonalds French fry solo loop I’ve wanted since we got Cali Poppy but yummy nonetheless. Maize is gonna have to be the yellow champ this cycle.

Here’s a quick look. I’m guessing ALDI mac and cheese matches Kraft. And of course Kumquat (left) is notoriously impossible to calibrate with other bands in the shot. Fluorescent tube lights.

Bit of an odd request, but can anyone post a snap of a graphite stainless steel with a silver stainless steel band? I want to get a Hermes strap for my graphite ss but I'm worried the lighter silver lugs might clash too much with the darker graphite metal...

Can’t offer any pic, but my opinion ;)
I think it looks awful. For me the SS band can only be paired with a matching watch

Really? For me it‘s the opposite. I love the contrast of a dark case with light bands… :)

Wow that combo looks fantastic. I’m actually wondering if picking up the silver stainless steel or the natural ti for the series 7.
Any advice? I have now a SS graphite S6 and wanted something different so gonna go for silver/natural tone, but debating myself between SS or Ti. First world's problems.

My advice is, that if you plan to keep the S6, go for Ti. Is doesn’t have the „bling“ of course, but its case finish is top notch if you ask me and depending on the lighting condition it has a different look. Plus, with Ti you get a year more of warranty or Apple Care+, should you buy it.

Personally I like darker cases more than the plain SS or Aluminum and also like the gold models. At the moment I mostly wear the Ti though, as i like it the most of my trio :)

This. You’re better off swapping in third party black lugs than the mismatch.

Thanks for that. GF said the same thing, so I think I just give up on that dream and either get the Hermes series 7 or stick it out with my current one and try to find a third party matching band.

Thanks :)

Thanks so much!!! Do you feel any weight difference between SS and Ti? I mean, doing working out or running i.e.?

Well to be honest, when you pick the watches up you feel a slight difference in weight between all case materials. In my experience, as soon as you wear the watch for a bit, it‘s negligible.

The Ti is a bit lighter than the SS and a bit heavier than the Aluminum models, right in the middle. I don’t have any issues with either one when I‘m exercising, no matter if I’m running or doing strength training.

Thanks so much for being so nice and helpful! Once S7 comes out Ill post my final decision haha

Curious, what carrier and do you have the same phone number linked to both watches?
Verizon—the watches are both linked to the same phone number, if you are talking about the PHONE. They have their individual “invisible” phone numbers that I only know exist when I look at my Verizon bill.

I have the same experience. When I’m wearing my SS versus aluminum the weight difference just isn’t noticeable. If I’m consciously thinking about it in the moment I pick it up in my hand I would be able to guess which one I was holding. But when I’m going about daily life I probably couldn’t.

I think I’m going to keep my series 4 gold SS, pass my series 6 silver Nike to my boyfriend (he has my old series 3, and my daughter has my old series 5) and finally go SS silver for series 7. I will miss the Nike watch faces, but I’ve been lusting after that SS for so long, and picking up the gold one used and enjoying it so much sealed the deal.

Have you considered Ti? I’m changing my mind every day between SS vs Ti haha… to shine or not to shine.

Can you please take a picture of this band next to Ironstone Black?
+1 to the above question because I was just about to purchase the Ironstone Black at Best Buy when I realized there was a similarly released color (what you’re wearing) available from the Apple Store.
