Didn't read through the tons of comments, but you can have Siri refer to you as any name you wish regardless of your chosen contact. For example, I simply told Siri to refer to me as "Master." lol

My birthday's in my Contacts list. Siri should know how old I am, but she doesn't.

I did. She said, "I don't understand 'Do you know Bill Gates'." She then, as usual, displayed a button wherein I could search the Web for "Do you know Bill Gates."
