Mine hasn't arrived yet- But Apple giving me money back
I ordered my family SL on the 24th. It shipped Royal Mail on 27th and still hasn't shown up. I phoned Apple to whinge and they are refunding me £13. Bit surprised to be honest wasn't really expecting anything, just felt like moaning. Thought I might mention it.

Mine arrived today and I've just finished installing. The only bump I hit was the need to update the Line 6 USB drivers before it would recognise my POD X3.
Judging by the number of people queuing for the post depot when I drove past on the way home from work, a lot of people haven't got their mail on Friday/Saturday. Just grateful mine was on the mat when I got in - didn't fancy joining that queue.

Are these discs coming from different places?
Mine, ordered on the apple store last week, was made in Ireland and dispatched from Leicestershire. I got it on Saturday.
Lots of you seem to be saying it is coming from Holland?

Ordered the family pack last Monday afternoon, was shipped on the 26th, post has been and gone and still no SL, Royal Mail are so incompetent, as the old saying goes they couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery and thats when they are not on their what seems to be by weekly strike.
Im going to order off Amazon with my prime account and get guaranteed delivery tomorrow with City Link and if the Apple one ever turns up its going back,( knowing my luck they will both show up tomorrow)
it's not RM's fault. In my case apple shipped the order from Holland, used some company called G3 - as far as I can tell what they do is handle bulk mail, and it appears they hand over to RM in the UK. It's apple's fault they should have shipped from a UK depot....

I received my copy on Saturday, someone who lives a few miles from my house didn't get his till today.

I purchased online too. All I did was follow the up-to-date form, put in the serial number etc. I believe it then added Snow Leopard to my basket at the discounted amount, proceeded through the checkout as normal and it had been sat in my orders up until it was shipped.
I didn't have to post anything at all to Apple.
No its RM fault I just called home, my Amazon order placed at 6:30 last night has turned up by City Link, its a single user pack but i am actually beyond caring right now, while the order from Apple placed last Monday afternoon is still not here, im actually in the queue with Apple support right now to complain about this and its blatantly obvious RM have either lost it or someone from their staff has stolen it.
For those of you still waiting give Apple a call, with no hassle at all they claim to be sending me a replacement out in their exact words "high priority via courier to cut out the RM", I got no idea when this should arrive as nothing shows up yet in my order history if it ever will.
Right now I wont be opening my Amazon copy until Saturday as if this Family pack shows via courier tomorrow or Friday i can use it with a clean conscience, and send the single user copy back to Amazon.

Eh, wait a minute. Some guys here are waiting for shipments from Holland? So, what exactly is it that I'm waiting for then? (I'm from Holland myself, my order shipped out on Monday, and the mail said that the delivery could take up to five days, so it's definitely not shipping from within Holland). So, am I correct in guessing that UK people are waiting for shipments from Holland, and Dutch people are waiting for shipments outside of Holland?

I ordered mine on the 17th August, and it shipped last Thursday the 20th. Still no delivery today (the 2nd September).

I've just got off the phone with a very helpful lady at Apple, who is sending out a replacement via priority courier. This should skip out the nightmare that is Royal Mail.

I've just gotten off the phone too from apple, got another copy comming via courier apparently another 5/7 days, not good enough!!! im phoning again
Incidently use 0800 0391010 instead of the 0845 number for a free moan! (using saynoto0870.com)
UPDATE: Cancelled my order with apple, ordered with Amazon guaranteed by 1pm tomorrow, not sure why apple cant use a delivery company that doesn't use snails but there we go.

although I got my copy last Saturday IMHO the problem is free shipping ( the 25 quid version ) if you do not pay for a service how can you complain ? you are at the mercy of the supplier , they will and do use the cheapest method possible ( maximise profit )
the UTD order in which you have paid for P&P is a different matter and as you have paid for a service then you have a right to a quality service , if this is not provided then you should IMO get a refund

Cancel your order with them, I have, and if a disk does turn up even better!
Ive ordered a single user from amazon, 1pm tomorrow guaranteed jobby, but my "cancelled" 5 user may still turn up, funny thing i noticed is the 5 user on amazon has a dispatch of 4/7 weeks, so my paranoid head dosent agree with the free post excuse by Lordedmond, instead believing its a lack of stock issue why else would you be able to get the single user tomorrow, and the 5 user in 7 weeks??
