Not sure if I am right but i swear the price of the Apple Watch has come down by £30 this year compared to last. I just spec'd it up and its £399 as opposed to £429.
It shows as thinner on their comparison page: https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/compare/?modelList=watch-ultra-2,watch-ultra-3,watch-ultraAre we sure about "thinner"? I don't see it in the specs at Apple's site. Help me understand, please—I ordered a U3, and would love "thinner" to be true.
DC Rainmaker says that they're identical and Apple made a typo.It shows as thinner on their comparison page: https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/compare/?modelList=watch-ultra-2,watch-ultra-3,watch-ultra
Clearly, I missed that the first time. Thank you for the link!It shows as thinner on their comparison page: https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/compare/?modelList=watch-ultra-2,watch-ultra-3,watch-ultra
Be careful - it looks like it is a typo! If Apple made the watch thinner (by 2,4mm) they would have put it into their presentation!Clearly, I missed that the first time. Thank you for the link!
I have not. It's at 77%.That will be a big upgrade for you! Curious, did you ever replace the battery on your series 4 since you've had it?
Ouch. Was excited when seeing it on Apple's site comparing my current AW6, U2 and U3. Bummer if this is not true, but kinda expected, cause I asked myself why didn't they mention it in their key note. Thinner and longer battery life. Perhaps they planned it at some point similar to the S9 => S10 upgrade, but reverted for some reason. RumorsBe careful - it looks like it is a typo! It took me all of my willpower to not get the 11, which my config would only feature 24hr battery lifeDon't see any reasons to upgrade my S10 Natural Titanium to an S11...
Not yet, but my state says it will arrive on the 19th Sept 100%.Has anyone already been charged/had their order go to "your order is being prepared for shipment"? Mine moved to that step within 30 minutes of me placing the order. I am no longer able to cancel the order. I was surprised because it seems a bit early. I know it doesn't mean the order is imminently shipping. My AirPods Pro 3 are still on "processing" and can be cancelled.

Yeah, for sure. I'm just very surprised how quickly I was charged/had the order move into preparing for shipping. I don't recall this happening to me in previous years. Not yet, but my state says it will arrive on the 19th Sept 100%
No, this must be something new to speed up the process, congrats to you, your bank account is a little slimmer now 😝Yeah, for sure. I'm just very surprised how quickly I was charged/had the order move into preparing for shipping. I don't recall this happening to me in previous years.
Hopefully. I did wonder if it could even be the particular model I ordered. I've never ordered the Hermès series before. I considered cancelling to pick a different band but Apple had already moved the order along! No, this must be something new to speed up the process, congrats to you, your bank account is a little slimmer now 😝
I have a feeling mine is going to be done soon after seeing this, I'll keep you updated.
I placed mine as soon as possible (19:25 GMT-1); the doors were open for pre-order the moment they announced it. I don't know, I will be notified by my bank when a withdrawal happens, regardless.Hopefully. I did wonder if it could even be the particular model I ordered. For reference, I placed the order yesterday at 2:20 p.m., eastern time IIRC. So quite soon after pre-orders opened.
Ah okay, I stand corrected, then. I wasn't able to get in to the product page until around that time. I'd get the "we are making updates" page.I placed mine as soon as possible (19:25 GMT-1); the doors were open for pre-order the moment they announced it. Ah, there was a Three logo on that slide in the keynote. It’s Three Austria (not UK) which has the 5G footnote in the cellular providers list unfortunately.I think 3 are listed.
So if the watches are compatible with EE 5G standalone service, will we get that by default if we have a Sim plan already?
