42 and proud of it. MBP 17" 2.96. Loving every minute of it: using it for photoshop, reading, surfing, dvd's, gaming, video editing.

I'm reading most of these posts and am seeing some pretty young kids, how do you pay for these 2000+ machines?.As for me the good ol Burger King helped me 🙂

I reminded my parents to save up for it and not buy other undesirable laptops one year before they came out.

I've just turned 41 days ago and have been using my MBP for about a 1 1/2 years now.

I do nothing fancy, certainly nothing "pro" except for some very very very beginner-level photoshopping, but I wanted the bigger screen and backlit keyboard - it was worth every penny to me. 🙂
