Lol. Really? Does the email confirmation says October 4-9 but the status is now September 22nd?
That’s always been like that. It’s when people cancel and/or Apple get more devices. 2 are arriving on sep22, and 3 are scheduled for 25-27. I just hope they arrive by Friday, so I can sell them over the weekend.

Ordered 2 phones 9/15 5:50 AM, Oct 4 and Oct 9 delivery. But got cancelation emails on the same day, saying my home address is a "freight forwarder address" and Apple refused to ship there. Called and Chatted with Apple, spend 2 hours on the phone and online, no resolution. Spoke 3 CS and they don't know what to do. I did not want to order again because my address is correct, will probably get cancelation email again with reorder, also the delivery dates are pushed back for another week. I will just try my luck at the store.

I just checked on the status of my order and it has changed from "processing" to "preparing to ship".

Demand is off-the-charts and customers are genuinely excited about these best-ever iPhones.

I've been told Apple are working hard to get iPhone 15s into the hands of as many customers as possible, as quickly as possible.
Lol no one is all that excited. And I say that as someone who preordered the 15 Pro Max. It’s the most meh upgrade in years.

That's the same stuff every year. You can't tell me that year after year a company such as Apple cannot accurately foresee the demand. I think that's on purpose to keep the hype up. For me it's good, that's basically how I finance my and my GFs iPhone every year. Here in Switzerland times jumped up to mid November, so people are willing to pay 300-400$ on top just to get it asap.

I can immediately prove your first "no one" statement wrong. I am truly excited about these new iPhones.

If you can't appreciate the true magnificence of iPhone 15 Pro Max, you really shouldn't be permitted to pre-order. There are millions upon millions of consumers desperate to get an early delivery who are at the back of the waiting list line.

Does this mean that you’ll actually RECEIVE it on Friday (22nd) as opposed to its going to ship out on the 22nd?

Mine says like most of you- 22nd

Removing the sim tray pretty much took me out of the market. Still with my iphone 13. Work pays for my phone and i just use the sim from the official work phone and been using it with my iphones.

now to save 2 pennies they lose a sale. I wonder how many people are in the same boat and they lost sales to save that 1-2 cent per phone.

This makes sense to have all pre-orders are delivered on time for the launch day. The shipment preparation appears to be earlier than before, which is good! Apple is on top of this process!

So what are the chances I'm able to walk into a store 8AM on Friday and just buy a 15 Pro Max? Is there really a decent amount of regular stock?
