Some iPhone XS and XS Max Deliveries May Be Delayed Until Monday in the United States [Updated]

64gb silver XS, order was placed at 3:04am. Here's the latest from UPS, updated delivery date to Monday (to CT):
Mine left at the same time and still shows tomorrow’s date as of now.

The good news is it departed Anchorage Alaska this morning at 8:52am and I'm in Portland, OR, so I'm still confident it'll get here tomorrow. If not, waiting till Monday is no problem either!

I have three coming and two came through AK. Two say "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later." and the other slipped to 9/24.
I called and spoke with a rep who said they were all on time and would be here tomorrow.
So.... I have no idea if they will be here tomorrow. It's a coin flip.

Looks like this is not restricted to the U.S.

Similar to others on this thread, last known location was a departure scan from Anchorage at 8:52AM.

Honestly, UPS knows what a big day this is for people. I think their system is just acting up and it’s all gonna be here tomorrow. *fingers crossed*
Yep the UPS app alerted me that mine was rescheduled and its rescheduled to 21st. So I don't know what is going on. I got this on both my Watch and Phone. Phone left Ankorage, AK at 2:10pm and Watch left Louisville KY 1:16pm.
I guess we'll know how it all shakes in the AM.
the presign is not electronic. you print it out and attach it to your door... basically telling everyone who walks by "later today there will be an iphone right here to steal."
That stinks. Especially for those who tweaked their schedule to be available for arrival...a bit inconvenient.
Based on your attached photo this definitely seems like a glitch mine says it departed Anchorage, Alaska at 8:52AM 9/20/18. Finger Crossed for tomorrow delivery I live in New York so still hopeful.

Same! Mine left anchorage at 2:10 PM and is still set to arrive in Montreal tomorrow. Let's see if it gets delayed!
As of 8;00 pm local time, mine still says delivery on Friday the 21st. But Apple should quit trying to be cute and stage things so everyone in a country gets the item the same day. If it's that important then either develop their own delivery service (damn expensive) or get them to a warehouse in the country first, then distribute. Or spread them out over a couple of days until you have a reliable delivery system to deliver massive numbers of phones in a single day. It's not worth the bad press of people complaining about not getting the phone when promised.
Ordered two Xs phones, one for me and one for the wife. Mine is supposed to be here tomorrow, but hers has slipped to Monday - UPS is one screwed up company!
Mine arrived in Mount Hope ON, delivery date changed from tomorrow to the 24th for some reason. I'm holding out hope it gets to Markham tomorrow.
My package left China on 9/20, arrived in AK on 9/19. I understand that China is a day ahead. But, I thought UPS always showed dates/times based on time zone of user. I could be wrong.
Does your tracking look that way? Maybe the difference has their system messed up...
OMG folks.... Chill! Chances are everyone will get their phones tomorrow and if for some ugly reason they don't come tomorrow and you get it Monday... You'll survive! But I better get my phone tomorrow. LOL
