Sometimes cannot hear person calling via FaceTime using iPhone

Hello,

I have this problem now and I had in HS.

Sometimes when I say to Siri "Call ..." then she opens FaceTime and I cannot hear person on other end. I need to recall this person again and I can hear it again.

How to fix it? What could cause issue?
