It’s not like they just launched a whole new product line about a month ago. Oh, wait…So boring. Every year is the same thing, on the same schedule.

Core Apple products like iPhones, iPads and Macbooks feel lifeless these days. Even with solid hardware, the software just feels limited compared to what Android does when it comes to Ease of Life features.
27"+ iMac and take my money.
Though don't get stupid greedy and think you're getting $7000 for a usable machine.
I think it’s unlikely we’ll get a new Apple TV anytime soon. I’d guess 2025 but I suppose it could arrive as early as fall 2024.Well for once we actually do need a new Apple TV: One with AV1 hardware decoding, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6E.
My GF purchased my 10.5 pro when I upgraded to M1 Pro. Bought Logi combo keyboards for both last year which is something they I should have done years ago.I'm quite excited to upgrade! I have a lovely 10.5 pro which will be going to live with a friend when I do.
They are new product versions, not new products.
Apple plans to announce new products with press releases on its website this week, a proven source familiar with the matter told MacRumors. While the products that Apple plans to announce have not been disclosed, there are rumors about new iPads, Macs, and accessories. It is unclear exactly what will be announced this week.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman today reiterated that Apple is planning new iPad Pro, iPad Air, and MacBook Air models, along with new Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil accessories for select iPads. Gurman believes that Apple is not planning to hold a traditional event to unveil these products, and instead plans to announce them "on its website" and with a "series of online videos and marketing campaigns" at some point in March or April.
The following announcements are expected in this March-April window:
There have also been rumors about a new Apple TV and a HomePod with a screen launching in the first half of 2024, but it is unclear if these products are ready. There are also alleged CADs for a fourth-generation iPhone SE, but it is likewise unclear if that device is imminent, as 2025 has been a more widely rumored timeframe for it.
- Two new iPad Pro models with the M3 chip, OLED displays, a thinner enclosure, a landscape-oriented front camera, a redesigned rear camera bump and other design tweaks, and possibly MagSafe wireless charging
- Two new iPad Air models with the M2 chip, including a first-ever 12.9-inch model
- A new Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro with a larger trackpad, a partially-aluminum enclosure, and other design tweaks
- At least one new Apple Pencil
- New 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with the M3 chip, and the laptops will likely gain support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3
- A new color option for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus has not been definitively rumored, but it is likely based on precedent
- New color options for iPhone cases and Apple Watch bands
If this information from our previously-accurate source proves to be correct, keep an eye on the Apple Newsroom page for announcements this week.

How would you do a “proper display extension” that’s better than Stage Manager? An M3 iPad “Pro” that can’t support proper display extension, let alone dual monitor output. “Pistol whip users into Stage Manager.” Yeah, no thanks. It’s a total bummer too, because the iPad Pro could be an amazing 2 in 1 for 97.3% of people.
I see a lot of pessimistic comments but I have to say, my current Apple devices are the best I've ever had from them.
Ironically, they won't get my money because I already gave them a lot for what I got, and I'm pretty much set for at least half a decade.
Their options today are killer, except for those that need the most exorbitant, professional-level tower power and flexibility.
I find that we've reached a point in time where the devices FAR exceed the average/above average need.
What a time to be alive.
But that’s also why it’s boring now, I want to buy a lot of new tech and like doing yearly upgrades.
Why? I want to buy less tech - provided the tech I have is already good. Apple tech is pretty good (though software could use more innovation - and software can be done without new hardware)
And iCloud free space to 20 GB!Maybe they raise base storage to 256 GB
Have a wonderful birthday 🎁 and hopefully with a shiny new iPad on the way.I just hope it happens on Wednesday.
Wednesday is my birthday lol
That would be sweet, although I'd be happy with the OLED screen and landscape camera. As a MacBook Pro user, I bought the keyboard and pencil with my 12.9 inch iPad, and barely used them. So, realising what my use cases are for an iPad, I'll be buying the 11" for watching content and your typical tablet stuff.iPad Pro please, launched with press release and 15 minute video:
11"+ and 13"+ OLED
Landscape camera
12 GB RAM base
256 GB base
Price the same as previous 256 GB model (effectively raising the base price)
New Magic Keyboard and New Smart Keyboard
New Pencil
If that happens, I'll buy an 11" iPad +/- keyboard in June, as part of the Back-To-School promotion.
And iCloud free space to 20 GB!
Exactly, I can't wait to spend £300 on two new magic accessories (cough) sorry I cant keep calling them 'magic' for much longer, to replace two accessories that work fine just, because one end is USB C and the other isn't. Not to mention the huge amount of room they take up just laying there neatly coiled up waiting to charge these not very magical accessories every now and then. I might get a new iPad though as my 2018 12.9" 1TB is starting to show its age battery wise. And what about usb c magic accessories? I don’t wanna keep these lightning cables around for 2 dumb things
Because it’s not a Mac?Wake me when I can run MacOS apps on the top-tier iPads. There is no reason why this couldn't be don
