The only problem which Apple has with the watch is that it doesn't look that cool on photos as it does IRL.View attachment 597765

True of just about every product Apple makes... I swear, none of my stuff translates as well in quick snaps as it does in real life. Conversely, none of the products look quite as beautiful in real life as they do on Apple's site.

Anyone with a space black AW with genuine Apple black classic buckle or saddle brown classic buckle who can share pictures?

I liked it a lot but just in conjunction with a black band regardless of the material althought it looks the best with the blac link.

Having said that, the contrast the normal SS makes is way better in my eyes although somewhat common. It makes it look more like a clock plus all the band look good with it.

do you guys think Space Black is a better choice than regular Stainless steel?
It really depends on personal taste and on how many different bands you want to use. I really like my Space Black with Link but it isn't as scratch resistant as I was lead to believe. Don't get me wrong - it's tough, just not as tough as the DLC concept suggests.

I like mine and am happy I bought it, however I would think twice about buying another.

I had a Space Black Apple Watch but I swapped it for the SS version. I like changing the straps, and I couldn't find any good Space Back adapters.

I originally had a standard stainless steel before getting the black version now. I hated how the SS scratched easily and I spent more time buffing it than actually wearing it. But now with the SBSS, I feel like I'm limited to band options and I honestly miss how the SS matched everything.. First world problems.

all depends on what bands you are into... the black sport band, white, red all go well with space black. leather ones, I am not sure. most have stainless steel lugs.

it'll be very hard for me to pick one next week, when the stainless steel one comes in...

Every time I look at my space black with black Milanese loop, it makes it harder for me to decide wether I want to trade it for a regular stainless steel or not... Ugh. I need help.

That looks pretty sharp! Decisions, decisions. I'm right there with you bro.

I also think the Space Black watch looks pretty damn smooth with Apples Silver Stainless Milanese Loop.

But then again...... ooh baby!

Thanks. Which one did you decide on getting? I fee like the space black needs something to make it pop just like the standard stainless steel.

Agreed. Space black is really stunning in person but I'll be keeping the Silver. I just feel like there are more band options that pair well with the silver.

Since the day back in the beginning of July that I got it, I've absolutely adored my Space Black Apple watch and Space Black link bracelet. Heh, so much so that I have YET to purchase another band or two for it! Other people seem to be having fun trying, buying and wearing all sorts of new bands but me, I'm just still so happy with my SB watch and band that I don't really feel any urgency to swap out the band for something else, even temporarily.

Hi Gang! I picked up a Space Black with the Black Sports Band last week at Best Buy with the $100 off offer. I went in intent on getting the SS, but they had an open box SB and once i tried it on I changed my mind.

I do like the BSB, but I just ordered a third party black Milanese loop and a coffee-colored Milanese loop to try out. I saw a picture of the coffee-colored band on an SB on reddit and liked the look. We'll see how it looks in person :)

Awesome. I've been on the fence with which watch to get since release date, and finally settled on the same watch you have. It looks great with a black Milanese band and if you ever decide on a leather strap, look into Nomads leather strap. It comes in black connectors and contrasts nicely with the watch. I just ordered it and can't wait to have it delivered!

I like the look with the black Milianes. Thanks!

I'll check out the Nomad bands. I've been looking for a leather one but nothing has jumped out at me yet (besides the Hermes Noir Leather ). If you can post a picture or two once you get it that would be helpful.

Edit: I just looked at their site and the band looks great, but it may be too short for my big wrist. The site says 210mm max wrist circumference and I measured mine at 213mm
