Same issue here.

No email as of yet (maybe as I am in the UK and the time differences haven't been favourable?).

Took the initiative and emailed spigen UK support with my Amazon order # and gave them my address.

It is a bit of a pain but everyone makes mistakes I guess!

I mailed the Amazon UK seller I got mine from (SpigenUKStore or something similar) and got a reply back saying the UK batch was not affected by this issue.

I sent another email last night saying that my case was definitely affected. Waiting for a reply now.

Same store I purchased from. Hope it's sorted!

Don't understand how this can be the case as I assum they come from the same factory!

Well, I'm still waiting to hear back and I assume that I'll be waiting a while, but for the moment I've fixed the problem by chopping up a sticky fixer pad and cutting one of the sticky sides off. Attach the remainder to the underside of the button in the bumper and suddenly all the buttons work perfectly. The action is wonderful. :D

I ordered this case a week ago and have had it most of this past week although I don't yet have my phone (should get it today). I got an email yesterday that they are sending me the inserts for the fix. Kinda hoping I'm one of the ones that don't need it.

The edge of the case feels very slippery to me. Anyone who has their phone having issues with this? I might end up ordering their kickstand case.

I have a Neo Hybrid and a Neo Hybrid Metal, of which neither worked very well. I received their email about the pieces, but I didn't want to wait for those to take their time to come in, not did I want to pay for an overprices crap case locally.

I decided to make a quick trip to target and purchase some craft foam pieces for cheap, which for me came in the same of alphabet letters like these:Image

All you need to do is to cut 2 straight pieces, one long one short, to fit over both the volume buttons and the power button and stick them onto the inside case. The case now works perfect. This is essentially what they are sending us, but instead of waiting days/weeks, you get a functions case now for cheap.

I did the same thing, but not with the letters. I had some spare foam bumpers that came with a picture frame. I just cut a small strip to use with my power button. I was not too concerned with the volume ones right now.

Anyone think there's a chance the design will harm the phone before the replacement pieces arrive? It's a beautiful case otherwise.

No, there is a better chance the case will break (buttons pop out) before the phone gets damaged. The issue with these cases is that either the iPhone buttons do not extend out as far as they thought, or the inside of the buttons do not have a long enough extension to make sufficient contact with the iPhone buttons.

OK, got my phone today and the case buttons seem to work just fine (thankfully). It is tough to reach the speaker toggle if you don't have a little bit of extra fingernail though. That's kinda annoying. I may just take an exacto knife to the outside edges to make it a little more accessible - aesthetics be damned!

I heard that the Purple "L" causes a signal problem and that the Yellow "Z" is the best color for this purpose. Can you confirm?

What I want to know is, do they plan to integrate the button stabilizers for the iPhone 6 Plus Neo Hybrid cases into the actual case itself, or redesign/re-manufacture the case so that the button stabilizers are not needed. And if so, how will I know when those new cases are available for purchase.

I ordered both Neo Hybrid and Neo Hybrid Metal for iPhone 6 fro their eBay store and I am a bit disappointed vs the Neo Hybrid for my iPhone 5S

Neo Hybrid

1. The buttons on the bumper does not touch the buttons on the iPhone, so when you press the buttons on the bumper, you can felt the bumper flex, let's see if their button stabilizer will fix the issue

2. The bumper is really slippery, with curved design and all vs the flat design of the 5S bumper

Neo Hybrid Metal

1. The black rubber case is slightly different than the one from the non Metal version as there are some black rubber left in the cut out hole, so the buttons does make solid contact with buttons from the iPhone, BUT, I felt the buttons are too flat, too recessed and it is hard to press vs the non Metal version

2. The metal bumper is really really hard to remove, it is not as slippery as the plastic bumper but it is about 10 times harder to remove, also the metal bumper will subject to bending when you remove them as metal is not flex like plastic

How thick were the foam pads that you guys used? I'm getting mine tomorrow, but I'm expecting my buttons to be crap, too. Ordered from SPIGEN's eBay on 9/10.

It's unfortunate to hear about this issue and I also received that email, which I found odd because the buttons on my case work just fine (thankfully).

As another poster mentioned, reaching the mute switch is tricky, but aside from that the case is beautiful.

Just wish it wouldn't make the phone's face wider and would've preferred the front to curve around the bezels, but it'll do fine for now.

Geez, What is going on with Spigen?. I think they tried to hurry up to be one of the first in the market and sacrificed their quality. Damn shame cause I don't want to order anything and waste time and money.

Ordered my case from this company close to two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Probably going to just ship it right back for a refund when it arrives.

Got my sticker for the buttons in today. Slapped them onto my Neo Hybrid and the buttons are now giving a very nice tactile click. It feels as if I'm pressing the actual buttons on the phone itself.

I suggest everyone who is having issues, email them about the free stickers.

I ordered mine from Amazon in the 12th and received it on the 16th. I just took apart my case (I have had zero issues with any of the buttons) and all the rubber stoppers and cushions are already there.

I'm actually returning my Neo Hybrid because my headphone jack won't fit through the opening. Fits perfectly through the Speck candyshell which I just got though.

I got my case from amazon it came through earlier today (UK) and every button worked fine. Without taking my case off I presume they're shipping them out with button modifiers preinstalled already.

Just if you buy from amazon make sure you buy from the Spigen seller, and not a third party reseller as I presume you're more likely to get the the button modifiers preinstalled if you buy from their authorised amazon page.

Oh and for anyone wondering my Neo Hybrid is a great case btw, looks great, is slim, and is fully protected back and all sides :)

Can anyone share a pic on what the stabilizers look like installed on the case or any preinstalled ones? I can't really tell if mine are preinstalled or not. Thanks

I did...the email says it shipped on the 20th (same day as I got the shipping email) but the tracking with the USPS says a shipping label has been prepared but it doesn't appear that the USPS has actually picked up the package yet. Given it's coming from CA, I don't expect to see it until the end of the week.

I received the e-mail exactly a week ago for the button stabilizer and my tracking info still only shows shipping label prepared...

Really disappointed with SPIGEN this time and will most likely return both of the cases I bought from them and look at something different
