Just ordered the Neo Hybrid EX today from Amazon and just started reading the negative reviews about the buttons after lol. Hopefully mine is good when it arrives.

Received my order from Amazon today for my neo hybrid and no problems with the buttons. Not sure if they have been fixed by spigen. No stickers were included. Works great

----------

Previously got the neo hybrid metal but was having signal loss issues. None with the regular neo hybrid

Got the neo hybrid metal, no button issues. Tested signal reception before and after case installation, and did not notice any appreciable difference in signal strength or speed.

I love this case, I had the slim armor version before this one and it was so much thicker and heavier than this one. This is a perfect balance of protection and sleekness. The metal aluminum band looks fantastic and adds to the overall slimness. This feel so much closer to the original slimness of the iPhone, I was half drawn towards the Apple leather case precisely because of that slimness. But now I have no more such leanings. This case is the winner for me.

I filed a claim with Amazon because I still have not received my case from Spigen. Amazon right away gave me back the Amazon gift card that I used. Spigen has not returned any of my emails requesting an update. I'm not very satisfied with their service at all.

I ordered the case on 9/12 and it said it was shipped 9/19. The tracking number I received has been invalid since they gave it to me (tried UPS, Fedex and USPS but it said it should be for UPS). Delivery estimate was 9/18-9/23 so I did wait more than long enough I feel.

I ordered a neo hybrid pre release. It had the button issue and I quickly received the spacers. That took care of the buttons. My big complaint about this case is that it's way too slippery. I'm going to have to return it. For now I'm using a cheap bumper from Poetic but would like something that has better buttons.
Is the Neo Hybrid METAL as slippery?

I had the Neo Hybrid (plastic band) and sent it back to Amazon because it was so slippery. I now have the Neo Hybrid Metal, just received last week. It's a truly beautiful and great-fitting case that I really want to like. I got the button stabilizers and used them on the Metal, and they improved the button function a lot. My big complaint is still the slippery feel, although it's a little better than the Neo Hybrid plastic. I may decide to send this one back, as much as I like it otherwise.

After owning the Neo Hybrid for the iPhone 5 for two years I tried really hard to adjust to the new version for the iPhone 6 and I just can't. It's just too slippery.

I've found happiness with a thin TPU case that's clear, lets the great Apple design shine and offers better grip which will prevent the very drops that one needs a case like the Neo Hybrid for. It is ironic that what used-to-be the best case for the iPhone for its protective nature has a flaw that makes it dangerous.

It's a shame.

I have both the Neo Hybrid and the Neo Hybrid Metal.

I found that with the Metal, the metal band around the phone does not feel as smooth (rounded) as the non-metal version, and just does not feel good in my hand. I find the edge of the band a bit "sharp" too...

Overall, the Neo Hybrid is pretty good. I find the long edges flex a bit due to them being TPU material. I think, ultimately, I am going to go with a Polycarbonate case/holster I bought at BB yesterday. The case is good, I like the kickstand function, and I really am used to a holster and cannot find a good leather one.
