Also, has anyone recently received one from Amazon with the stickers already included? I have mine from Amazon coming in the next several days.

My Neo EX has the same button prob, had to push hard to get them to work.

Bought mine via Spigen's eBay outlet so messaged them, they replied that they would send out the stickers immediately.

Cut a tiny bit of foam and slipped it in and it made a huge difference for now.

Cut a little piece of foam that came with my iPad and applied it between the case and the phone and the difference is like day and night. Buttons are much much more responsive

While you've got their ear, can you ask them if they have plans to ship redesigned cases that don't require the button stabilizers, and if so, when? They are even blocking questions via eBay now unless you've made a purchase via one of their auctions.

The button stabilizers make this the perfrct case. I had the neo hybrid for the 5, and it was a really good case, but the bottoms rattled. For the neo hybrid for the iPhone 6, the stabilizers fix the problem and the buttons don't rattle anymore.

Also it's one of the best looking cases on the market!

Can't wait to get the stabilizers. Overall I love the case. And it's one of the first I've used that actually works well with a skin on the phone.

Agree that its great looking, but it's a slippery beast and despite wanting to love it I just can't, it is unwieldy.

Instead I'm using a very thin and very basic nameless and brandless flexible TPU clear case that allows the beauty of Apple's design to come through, offers drop protection, and most importantly eliminates the slippery feel of the Spigen Neo Hybid.

It doesn't feel that slippery to me. It's not sticky or anything, but that makes it really easy to slip in and out of pockets. I quite like that aspect. I've had cases before that were a pain in the ass to get out of your pocket. No such experiences with this case.

Got the red Spigen Neo Hybrid for my iPhone 6. Unfortunately it seems that their buttons don't quite match up with the phone's. Anyone else having a hard time with the buttons, both volume and sleep/wake?

Me too....returning mine through Amazon.

EDIT: Well crap....just saw that I got that same email about the button stabilizers a while ago....I think I might cancel my return then. Anyone got their stabilizers yet? Do they work well? Noticable difference between a case using them and a case that works from the get go?

Nope, my shipping status still stuck at shipping labels created since LAST MONDAY

https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9400110200829321276085

I e-mailed SPIGEN directly this Monday and left message via eBay on Wednesday and have heard absolutely nothing from them..
I am so fed up at this point I created return request via eBay for all 4 of the neo hybrid I pre-ordered and I am now using incipio dualpro I bought from fry's as a placeholder until my dualpro shine arrives

If they are as bad at refund as sending out parts and answer e-mail, I will file a complain with eBay and dispute charge with my credit card company

GOODBYE SPIGEN

a shame because this case actually feels nice aside from the button issue

I ordered my Neo Hybrid on the 15th (got it on the 18th), and I just got the button stabilizers yesterday, to give you a reference point.

Couple thoughts:

1. The stabilizers do make a significant difference - the buttons work fine in my experience: clicky and responsive now.
2. That said, really all those stabilizers are is tiny oval stickers - not very thick at all. They don't feel any thicker than your average random sticker would be. I would consider just cutting a little piece of masking tape or a sticker into the shape you need and making your own - I'm certain it'll work just as well. Again, two pill-shaped ovals (i.e. with straight sides), one short one the size of the inside of the power button, and one long one the size of the inside of the volume buttons opening.

Hope that helps!

Any potential for displacing the stickers (moving them, rolling the edges, etc.) during the process of installing the case on the phone?

If you make sure they don't catch on the edge of the case before the ring falls into place, then there's no real potential for displacement.

Stabilizers came today. I thought they forgot to include them and just sent instructions. Then I see what looks like a tiny square of scotch tape. Sure enough there are button cutouts on it. Tell my wife there is no way this makes a difference. I put them on and installed the case again. I could not believe the difference they made. Talk about tight tolerances.

Yep...those waiting for the ones from Spigen can just use some masking tape to do the same

Yeah I thought the exact same thing. Pretty amazing what a small piece of rubber makes, lol. :D

I just took my case off to look at something on the phone. No idea where the power button stabilizer went. It's gone. # Thankfully they sent 2 sets.

Received my stabilizers from Spigen. I was already using black electrical tape but wanted to try the official fix. My volume buttons rattled with just one strip so I added the second strip and no rattles. On/Off switch was good with just one.

Received my order from Amazon today for my neo hybrid and no problems with the buttons. Not sure if they have been fixed by spigen. No stickers were included. Works great

Previously got the neo hybrid metal but was having signal loss issues. None with the regular neo hybrid
