Oh wow, I was fully expecting they would've picked up today. I guess I'll be waiting longer. Meanwhile, I search for a similar case with a kickstand.

Just got an e-mail from Spigen about them sending the button stabilizers for all Amazon orders. I sort of feel bad for everyone about "Spigengate", but at least the company is taking care of this issue.

That is the exact case I got, I installed those things and zero issues. Case is very nice

I received my button stabilizers today and put them on my Iphone 6 with the Neo Hybrid case. Before the button stabilizers, I would have to push very hard to get the volume buttons or power button to register. After I put the stabilizers on, it works like butter. I have to apply very little force to work the buttons, less force than if I was using the Iphone with no case at all. The stabilizers worked for me!

Just got my case Neo Hybrid today with the button stickers... still no click on the bottom volume button (enter my OCD). Visually, the case looks great and slim... but not a fan of the rattling buttons and way too slick. Will be returning.

i just got the new spigen screen protector that they sent for replacement, now just waiting on the button pads.

Just received my satin silver case for space grey iPhone 6. Looks fantastic! I noticed it's a little slippery. Buttons work pretty good.

You got the same color case and iPhone as me. :)
But the buttons on my case are a bit wonky. Hopefully the stabilizers will fix the buttons.

I ordered on Saturday. Maybe mine came with modifications already made? I don't really have any issues. Every once in awhile the volume up button may act funky, but nothing major.

Did you guys get tracking numbers?

I got an email like a long time ago about then being "a couple days" away but I have yet to receive a package or tracking.

Yeah got a tracking # last Friday. The e-mail subject was "Your iPhone 6 case order: xxxxxxx from Amazon...", and the message body is almost the same text as the first notice. The tracking # is in the middle of the e-mail and is easy to overlook.

US Postal still lists my tracking # as "Shipping Label Created". Consdering the backlog of orders Spigen is dealing with, might take a while for them to even mail out the button stabalizers. :p

Did anyone order from Newegg and have these problems? I have mine getting here tomorrow, and I'm hoping maybe their batch already has the inserts included.

This is the question I want answered, and the one to which Spigen will not respond. I want to know when it's safe to order a Neo Hybrid case that doesn't require the mod.

I don't think it is a mod. I think they just forgot to apply this part at manufacturing.

Ordered mine from Spigen through Amazon website and the case just got delivered yesterday together with the insert. It was a simple fixed as the insert just a piece of plastic with adhesive. After installation, it works beautifully, no issue. And the case looks really nice and of good quality. I decided to use it instead of the Apple leather case, which also looks nice too.

Can someone post a nice, detailed closeup photo of the inside of the Neo Hybrid case before and after the button stabilizers have been applied. Then, we can compare to newly-ordered cases in the future to confirm whether or not they have redesigned the cases to not require the stabilizers (and if so, how they implemented it).

Spigen sometimes rushes products out and they miss things. I love their cases and they always make it right.

Amazon is always the best option to get their cases.

I should get my stabilizers tomorrow. I'll try to remember to do this for ya.

I returned my Neo Hybrid back to Amazon a couple of days ago due to the button issue. I e-mailed Spigen twice with no response as to whether or not the button issue would be fixed properly. Well today the stabilizers showed up in the mail. They may work adequately but are definitely not a long term fix in my opinion.

They are literally made of clear plastic film (much thinner than the protective plastic that comes on your new iPhone). Spigen should be remolding the buttons and sending out a new case to anyone that is having the button issue not messing with this short term solution.

I've since moved on to the Apple silicon case. It's pricey but works as expected. Spigen did a nice job for not having a real phone to design around but sadly their resolution here is lacking. I think they would be well served to announce when corrected cases will be available.

Well surprise, they were waiting for me when I got home today. They make a big difference in the sensitivity of the buttons. I got 2 sets but like some others here, I got no freebie screen protector.

Here are the pics. Using a macro lens, all the dust and stuff shows up hehe. I didn't get them perfectly straight and they work perfectly. They are literally surprisingly thin, clear stickers.
