SPIGEN SGP Tough Armor Protective Case

I tried the UAG case and that left black lines on my 5s. I was able to get them out thankfully.

How is this case with that? Will the inside scratch or damage the phone? Is it easy to take off?

Also does the case have that otterbox commuter feel to it? The hard plastic on the back?

Well no marks so far on my silver 5s after 9 days of usage.
It's a little harder to take off than just a simple back cover but its quite easy.
I've never used an otterbox so can't comment on that but the case feels good in my hand, not overly bulky or slippery just the right size IMO. YMMV depending on your hand size and preferences tho.
 
The tough armor has been doing great for the past week. I'm loving it so far. I also put on the glas.tr front protective glass as well. I followed the directions, dusted everything off, and lined up the home button hole perfect. After everything seals fine, I notice THREE little dust specs under the glas.tr. ARGH!!!!!! I guess I'll live with it. This thing is too expensive to lift and re-apply without messing up the adhesive.

Other than that, the Tough Armor has held up pretty well. I've been eyeing that gold colored case that's coming out mid-October though.....LOL.
 
Got my case today from amazon feel great and looks great. I am also not crazy about the Apple logo cut out in the back but oh well. I ordered the slate color but I am returning it the slate looks more like blue. Ordered the Soul Black will have it tomorrow.

Black will look better with the space grey 5s if you have it. Cant you change the back cover like their slim armour case?

Just got my Soul Black today, to replace my Belkin Grip Candy Sheer (Black/Black) -- on my Space Gray 32GB.

WOW! This case is made so much better than others... but I'm definitely going to have to get used to the weight. Its noticeably heavier than most other cases (which I expected).

But wow. Quality product.
 
does the white case get dirty quick? I bought some cheap $8 case that has double protection and it's dirty as hell after one week. My Spec Candyshell didn't even get dirty at all and it was white.

Today I received my SGP Tough Armor (Smooth Black) and my Glas.tr. The install went perfect with no dust. I installed it in my smaller bathroom with the shower running. The steam helps keep the dust down. I am impressed with the turnout. Those of you who worry about using the glass.tr with Touch ID shouldn't. I find my fingers sit nicely on the Tough ID sensor due to the slight ridge of the Glas.TR. The clarity of the shield is crystal clear and makes the display look great. Using both the TA and TR together makes the phone fill that much nicer in the hand.
 
Anyone have spigens email? I bought this case from a friend that's white and I thought it would look good with my white iPhone 5 but it doesn't can I email them and ask them for a different color?

Most likely you cannot do that. They can't resell a used case even with the slightest amount of damage.

Maybe order one on amazon with the color you want then send back the color you don't like and if they ask "you sent back the wrong color case" just say that's the case I received and I do not like it. I want a refund. I hope I helped.

"I recently got a gift for my birthday and I got the tough armor in this color. I wanted to ask if I can send my case back to you and swap it out for a color I want. I can provide shipping as we'll if you want me too."

Something along those lines. Maybe even ask for a gift card.
Is the case new and has no show in use at all?

Yeah no show I got it when the 5s came out
