It says if we sent u the wrong item then u send them a pic of it and they send you the right case
If they don't require any more info then do it. I cannot find where to actually contact them.
Yeah it says the pic but idk if I can do it bc my friend sold me this case and he loves far away what if they ask for the order number
Idk what to do then. Say it is a gift and ask of you can get a different color and you are willing to send yours back first.
Received my Tough Armor yesterday. Spigen continues to impress me with their fit/finish and quality. This is by far, the nicest case I have ever owned. Well it is tied with the Slim Armor S which I received a few days earlier. I love both the Slim Armor and Tough Armor.
Do not order from Spigen directly. I have seen many threads on that already. Get it on Amazon.
I recommend not ordering from eBay since they have problems shipping order from their own site.
Yeah the Tough Armor i ordered from spigen last week has been showing "electronic shipping info received" since wednesday.
Last time i ordered from Spigen, my tracking showed it was just leaving California when it arrived at my house 2 weeks after i ordered it.

I bought the metal slate tough armor case after coming across the thread. Very impressed! Fits perfectly into my armband for workouts. Adds very, very little bulk. Pro looking. Nice grip. No more OB for this gal
Does it show a lot of fingerprints or noticeable scratches ? On the metal slate
Fingerprints are not crazy obvious. They do not bother me. They easily wipe off. No scratches yet on the case or phone.
I just read back a few posts. I ordered from their amazon store. No problems.
Which ? I can deal with fingerprints ... Scratches on the case without purposely doing it , well that's not acceptable ..
The tough armor is incredibly scratch resistant, the exact opposite of the slim armor which is so prone to scratching I think it is actually made of cheese.
Danny Winget in his you tube review of the tough armor had a very different experience regarding the scratch resistance of the case. At 3:59 in his video he comments how prone to scratching the case is and displays the scratches on his case.
