Moving from ATT to Sprint on two phones; one black/64GB 4S, one white 64GB 4S.
One number being ported, one new number.
Ordered two 64GB iPhone 4S at noon CDT on Friday 07-Oct-2011
On Friday 07-Oct-2011 @ 13:23:51 CDT I received the email stating "You have a new shared plan"
The message said: "We've placed your order, and we've started processing. Your order number is: xx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx" .... check your order status at ...
On 08-Oct-2011 at 14:08:15 I received email: "EID_Welome_Notification" which contained instructions on how to register for the email bill delivery service option.
On 10-Oct-2011 at 06:41:00 I checked status at
www.sprint.com/myorder and at this time, the status message has not changed, no tracking number yet. The message is :
"Thanks for pre-ordering. A shiny new iPhone is waiting for you in our warehouse. Excluding extreme circumstances, you will have your device Friday, Oct. 14 or Saturday, Oct. 15. During the pre-order period, we will send you a shipping email and tracking number. Your tracking number may not be updated until Oct. 14. Questions? Visit sprint.com/preorder."
It shows this same status for both iPhone 4S models.
