I called the 866-437-1818 # that came on the package slip. I did have to call from another phone though. I don't have a landline so I just used Skype and it worked. The system did put me on hold for 3-5 minutes while it was processing but everything went through.

Frustration.

I called the 1-866 number to port my AT&T number over, but of course you can't call from the number you're porting. Which sucks because my cell phone is the only phone I have.

Someone said something about activating over Wi-Fi.. I wasn't given that option.

I had a friend call and put in my number for me, but they wanted my "passcode", which I have no idea what that is.

Sprint Chat is not available right now.

This is very frustrating.....

My phones were delivered 1pm ET. I'm at work though and won't be home for a couple hours :(
I'm definitely going to try and get that stupid activation fee waived.

Check out this little gem. Needless to say, I'm beyond pissed.

Word of advice, if you haven't gotten your phone yet, check the tracking page RELIGIOUSLY. If I hadn't been so anal in hitting refresh every so often, I wouldn't have found out my package was "missed at the UPS facility".

See my previous post ^^

No-pre order for me. walked into the sprint store at 815am, was told a 1.5 hour wait, came back at 10:15, picked up 32 GB phone, in hand by 10:40 out of the store.

Try to call to see if you can go pick it up

Already did. Luckily, the facility isn't but about a 20 minute drive away. The status has already been changed to "will call". I'm just waiting for them to call me and tell me it's at their pick up station ready for me.

Still, I'm glad I kept checking because if I had just trusted them, I would be SOl until Monday.

Still a bit on edge until they call me and tell me to come get it.

I'm porting three numbers from Tmobile. How do I find out what my pin# is?

Do you have a Sprint account that you can log into? www.sprint.com/activate but I believe you need your account log in credentials.

Your pin for Sprint or T-Mobile? If it's for Sprint, your pin would have been selected by you and only you at the time of pre-ordering the iPhone. It would be 6-10 digits (numbers).

so aggravated. ordered my iPhone 4 last Friday and as of 5 minutes ago, i STILL do not have a tracking number! i called last night and they said it is in their warehouse and I will receive it on the 15th or 16th! the 16th is a sunday, so that's not even possible.

i'm so irritated by the complete lack of communication. anyone else STILL not have tracking info/confirmation of order?

Ohh so that's what it was asking for during the pre-order process. I thought it was a PIN from my Tmobile account. Thanks, famoussasjohn!

Usually when porting your number over, we may send you a text to your number to get the account number and security information if T-Mobile has that on the account, as they need to be contact with T-Mobile to have a seamless port over. You may have to wait to set your online Sprint account until you have received your phones and activated them. You should have been provided with a temporary Sprint wireless number until your number has been ported over completely.

we have delivery!

UPS just left! Goodbye BlackBerry, hello Siri. On a side note, did not require a signature, which is a little frustrating since I arranged my whole day around being here. That being said, I still would have just to be sure a. it wasnt left sitting outside, and b. because im that excited. Good luck all!

We like Apple around here :)

Do you know how long the porting process usually take? I'm having a big party tomorrow for my birthday and sure people will be contacting me so I can't go without my number. I'm not home yet to port the number so I'll have to wait until tonight. Hopefully it takes less than 30 minutes.
