Sprint iPhone Pre-Order Status Thread

Got my tracking number this morning but it isn't working yet. Does anyone have a functioning tracking number? I'd love to get the phone a day or two early. I'd like to think that I didn't stay up until 1:30 in the morning for nothing

received tracking number yesterday. UPS tracking website says billing info receive message.

According UPS on the phone, it is still scheduled to be delivered by end of day 12pm and the origin is KENTUCKY. I thought these are shipping out of China.

Maybe that is why mine haven't shipped yet. I live in Kentucky. It would probably be here within a day. That bodes well for me, I suppose.

I'm playing the waiting game too. 64 GB in white, ordered at 4:20 am EST on Friday. As long as I know my phone is in the Philly area by Thursday night I'm content.

Note that it likely says the 12th because that is 2 days (2nd Day Air) from today. They don't say that they are being held from shipment until departing the 12th (for a 14th arrival), which is the likely scenario.

I ordered mine just before they ran out of black 16's and I finally just got my email with my tracking number and telephone number etc. The tracking number is not working yet but I assume it probably will be by tomorrow. Anyways, I know its filled and will be here by Friday so I am happy. Now I just hope my Verizon one shows up too.

I finally got tracking for my 16white and 16black

Strange... the two tracking websites suggested on this page both show an expected delivery date of Wed, the 12th. However, the only information they provide is "Billing Information Received."

That seems quite a leap... meaning, I can go to www.ups.com and create a shipment right now... doesn't mean they will have the package anytime soon. Could mean they don't get the package from Sprint until Wednesday, for Friday delivery.

I wouldn't get any hopes up just yet.

So I just spoke to someone at Sprint and got all my tracking info and everything seems to be running on time. Looks like these phones will land by Wednesday in the US (where?) and then be shipped with 2nd day AIR to our homes. The rep said no way I will be getting the phone before Friday. I'm guessing this is going to happen to the rest of us here. I don't see anyone getting the phone before then. Hope I wrong. I would love to see a video of the phone in action!
