Just curious. Has anyone else had their order ship recently? I'm wondering if they stopped at 6est. The "My order shipped!" comments seem to have slowed dramatically.
good point - meaning the 64's didnt ship today. great
I would imagine shipments for the day are through as it's already 7:30 EST.
Of course, who knows where they're all processed from, if it's PST or whatever.
But again, I would imagine they're done shipping anything for the day.
Still don't see how it matters as be it shipped today (Monday), tomorrow (Tuesday) or the day after... they're still all going to show up on Friday just the same.
Its the peace of mind of knowing that you WILL have your phone delivered and avoid being screwed by sprint.
In reliability UPS>Sprint. The quicker UPS picks it up, the better.
I placed our order at 2:30AM on launch day after the sprint site finally went back up after being crashed for the first 2 hours
I was just told by a Sprint Rep that my package was in possession of UPS and it is entirely possible for it to be delivered by the date I saw on ship.com of 10/12! So, to answer earlier questions....yes, it is possible for orders to get here before Friday!!
Just out of curiosity, those of you who are getting updates on the 16 GB Blacks, are you using the dy-shso-*** numbers or the DM60-O-**** numbers to check the status?

You're actually talking to people that I work for.. Sprint hasn't given us information on this at all, you should feel lucky that you are having your order shipped to the right address, we have much more issues than your "why isn't it here yet" issues. Every order is having an issue with it either being the wrong color, wrong size, wrong phone (iP4 or iP4S), wrong address, etc. All we can see is what you see on the site. The inventory is said to be in our warehouse, and UPS has provided tracking numbers for the packages. We have had over 22,000 orders placed for the iPhones alone. We even had to delay other orders for other phones to 3-8 business days because of this.Just had a chat with a Sprint rep (Jessica of course). After she attempted the usual run around "will be there on the 14th/15th" nonsense, I called her out regarding the information I have found in this forum (way to go guys!). She tried to tell me that no orders had been shipped, and that no carrier had picked up any packages from their warehouse.
"Jessica: I do apologize however, Sprint has not yet shipped any devices thus far. When you ordered your device you were given a time frame of arrival being Oct. 14-15. Please be assured you will receive your device by then. I do apologize for the inconvenience."
So given her lack of information, and the wealth of information in the forum, my belief is that the shipping information being accessed at this point is for phones leaving China and headed to the US. She made it sound like the phones are still sitting in their warehouse, so my guess is that those shipments from overseas are headed to the warehouse(s). So lets hope that all goes as planned, and that it shows up on time. I dont care if it doesnt come early, just as long as it is not late.
