I can’t get in either.. got kicked out twice, and have tried several browsers, phone, iPad... even on phone for an hour now and they won’t answer... pathetic

Success!
Confirmation email sent @ 3:38 eastern standard time for two 64GB X's, one silver one space grey.
Went through it so fast for both device that I did not see estimated ship date....
I did get the flexpay/trade in deal, so each device will only be 22 a month.
They got me for $10 shipping and upgrade fees ($60 total) for both device), which I’ll get reversed...

I ordered through Apple.com and it says "Your iPhone has been reserved. When we’re able to reach the carrier systems, we will email you". Am I in the clear???

Did you get an order confirmation number? My order went through, but it said that their system couldn’t give me a number.

I received a number and the confirmation email, but no ship date, and the email has typos :( Waiting on "advanced" Sprint chat support to make sure it went through.
[doublepost=1509091914][/doublepost]Just checked my order number again and it says cancelled? WTF!!!

Why do you think you shouldn't have to pay upgrade fees? The site said iPhone X orders were not included in the waived fee offer.
[doublepost=1509091999][/doublepost]Best Buy keeps saying Sprint declined my upgrade. This is ridiculous.

at&t and verizon were open 5 min before release, haven't any luck like many of you for over an hour, oh well in for "Sprint Sucks" rants

The Sprint site keeps letting me in, lets me choose the phone I want to upgrade and then kicks me back in line. ARGH.

me too sprint keeps saying err
[doublepost=1509092135][/doublepost]i think sprint is down

Apple says my iPhone is reserved for Nov. 3rd and I'll get an email when they reach the carrier systems. Is the order placed?

Sprint's SprintCare Twitter account is blowing up with complaints. Just like last year! And the year before...

How long will this take??

Who knows. Sprint is completely screwed up. They crashed shortly after 3am and they still aren't operational.

I got to payments and agreements step but crashes after that :/

I don't even get that far. I choose my device and byebye back in line.

Had two browsers up. First one failed at checkout and threw me back in line. Second browser got me in, got to the upgrade screen, logged in, then threw me back in line. After 30 min or so the second browser then gets through all the way to checkout. What. A. Process. Best of luck everyone.

Also in both my final screen/Order Summary I got this message, which was also replicated in my confirmation email:

Oops, our systems aren't playing nicely, and we can't show you your order number. We'll send it to you via email shortly. If you do not receive an email in 48 hours, you will be contacted in case a replacement order is needed. Thanks for your patience.
What a joke

so apple.com gave me a contract price which Sprint said they don't do anymore. contract price was $699 for the 256gb iphone x. How can Apple offer that but not Sprint?
