My card was "charged" too but it's pending, and chat support was on with me as I placed order # 2. He said that was not submitted successfully either and the "pending" charges would be reversed. My CC company is going to end up putting a fraud alert on and I'll really be screwed. Ugh
 
I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been in process of ordering ... last time I got to checkout and the message said they couldn’t send a text to my phone .. and it dumped me out. I got the text and entered it more than once... Beyond frustrating

Sprint charged card, but did not get confirmation email. Still can't get through to try to upgrade at this point. I think I'm just going to call it a night because Sprint is no help at this point.

Oh now I'm back in the que for the 4th time.
 
Got all the way to add to cart and the site went offline. Their Twitter says they are still doing maintenance. Got back in and my X is in my cart but the site keeps crashing when I try to check out with "Whoops! Our systems are not playing nicely!" No ****!

They charged me for 2 canceled orders! just put in my 3rd lets see if this gets canceled too

System issues. I only knew they cancelled because I got on chat to ensure the order went through since my first confirmation email had typos. I was worried they got hacked or something lol
 
Finally got my order through on Apples site. Shows delivery date of Dec 11-18. Not sure how it slipped that late when Sprints server was down for so long.. but oh well... got the order in finally at least!! Hopefully, shipping will bump up as it gets closer.
 
Finally got accepted by Sprint via Best Buy but it won't let me proceed without turning off Find My iPhone. Fine, but the damn Apple Server keeps giving cannot connect errors. Can't win!

Sprint better figure out a way to get my phone on November 3 as I did place the order EARLY but they cancelled it since they were somehow NOT prepared.
 
I think my credit card automatically deactivated itself because sprint charged it more than once but I don’t even have an order confirmation
 
Just ordered again and it went through flawlessly and game me an order confirmation and well as an email with a confirmation.

Yes I was able to order and got the confirmation email. My phone is still showing that I can upgrade, so I don't know if sprint processed it as a new line or upgrade. Guess I'll have to call to find out.

I got charged twice and had 2 hours of aggravation. Im sure all of us are pretty angry with Sprint right now. I will be calling and getting a discount of some sort, bet on that.

At least my order went through. I dont see a "ship date" as of yet, or even a window for that matter.... ugh.
 
Got to check out and tried to place the order and it said Unable to process try again later or visit Sprint store. SMH

Work is going to be fun tomorrow....2 hours why do I do this to myself
