Sprint is down again according to Twitter. They also said their support team is unavailable until the maintenance is completed.

I almost gave up and it finally let me order. Once your logged in, the site is actually responsive. My first two efforts were otherwise.
 
I got an iPhone reserved to ship Nov 3 but no confirmation yet "When we're able to reach the carrier systems", should I do pickup for Nov 3 on the Apple Store App?
 
It's 3:26, and I've been trying to get my order through since 2:00, Apple's site keeps saying that they can't communicate with the server. And now, when I started, looked like Nov 3 shipping, last I checked, it said 4-5 weeks!! Ugh!!
 
Had two browsers up. First one failed at checkout and threw me back in line. Second browser got me in, got to the upgrade screen, logged in, then threw me back in line. After 30 min or so the second browser then gets through all the way to checkout. What. A. Process. Best of luck everyone.

Also in both my final screen/Order Summary I got this message, which was also replicated in my confirmation email:

Oops, our systems aren't playing nicely, and we can't show you your order number. We'll send it to you via email shortly. If you do not receive an email in 48 hours, you will be contacted in case a replacement order is needed. Thanks for your patience.

yeah i noticed i didn't get a order number as well just a confirmation email

I went through the entire upgrade process via the site. Got charged the 10 shipping fee which came out my bank account. No confirmation, no order number, and the phone still states it’s upgradable.

What should we do? Wait it out? Order again?

I was charged 173 bucks already according to my bank activity so Sprint has charged me already I'll wait a day or saturday and if I dont get an follow up email I'll be calling
 
so apple.com gave me a contract price which Sprint said they don't do anymore. contract price was $699 for the 256gb iphone x. How can Apple offer that but not Sprint?

Sprint is giving $350 off if you use Flexpay and trade in eligible device...Why my payments will only be $22 a month for the X's I ordered,,

I look at it this way. If we got charged.... they better honor it or give us a year free, bahahaha!
