I'm starting to wonder if Sprint's allotment isn't gone quite yet due to the problems with the website and servers. I tried again at 9:00 AM EST, and I'm still getting the 11/3 date. Sprint's order status page is still showing 11/3, as well.
After the Apple credit approval failed, due to unable to verify identity and the second one being unable to contact the carrier, I just ordered two direct from Sprint. I may kick myself for not trading in our two 6 phones, but they are the last to have a built in headphone jack we may ever have.
Sprint lists us as "Order Pending" but it said ships by 11/3 with the caveat that it was subject to available inventory of course.
SPRINT FLEX is now the combined 18 Lease AND the 24 Month purchase AND iPhone Forever. The "Flex" part is that you have all options available. See below.

- With Sprint Flex (available nationwide 7/14/17):
- At month 18: Pay the Purchase Price Option with one lump sum payment or 6 monthly payments.
- After month 18: Pay the Fair Market Value price.
- With a lease agreement (most lease agreements before 7/14/17):
- Continue making payments. If you aren't ready to make a decision, that's fine. Simply continue making month-to-month payments.
- Return your phone.**
What Esign? I've never heard of such a thing when upgrading.
I got my order in at 4:41 confirmation email followed but it says
“Oops, our systems aren't playing nicely, and we can't show you your order number. We'll send it to you via email shortly. If you do not receive an email in 48 hours, you will be contacted in case a replacement order is needed. Thanks for your patience.”
Anyone else get that? Am I good?

Placed an order at 2:20 central then checked the order status to find out my order had been cancelled. They said my card was declined, which is bull cause the order went through. For some reason it reverted to my old billing address. Finally managed to place a new order at 9:20, hopefully it still comes on launch day.
Sprint is STILL showing 11/3 for all models. I have a feeling that's way optimistic. If I don't see movement by 11/3, I'll be switching to Verizon if they have any in stock.
I have a confirmed BestBuy order for in store pick up on 11/3. I had to go through them cause Apple and Sprint website weren’t working. But I also had some hiccup with BestBuy pre order in the last.
Should I cancel that and order through Sprint since it still shows 11/3 delivery?

What a horrible experience. That being said, I was up at 2:45 am est, got my order in around 4:45 a.m. but I got kicked back to the unavailable page with no email confirmation, only reason I thought it went through was my card was charged.
Went to bed at that point because I couldn't take dealing with the site anymore. My order email came in during the morning hours and I just saw that on my order page it changed from pending to partially shipped with my return box kit being shipped out already. Hoping this means I'm on target for 11/3, but at the very least I'm assuming my order is safely in line and won't be cancelled.
Placed the order a few mins ago through Sprint...process went fine. I was sent a confirmation. Still not certain I even want to upgrade so I guess I have a few days to decide if I Want to keep the order or not.

Sprint’s shipping estimate for the 256GB Space Gray has now changed to 11/14; so hopefully this means they were serious about the 11/3 date for those of us who ordered earlier!
shipping dates on sprint site updated. only movement on 256gb SG. bumped back to 11/14. looks promising!
I feel like everyone is getting the same email which states we will be receiving by 11/3. Even those who ordered about 6 hours after pre-orders began. It does seem too good to be true, but I hope that isn’t the case.

I urge everyone to check their order status. I pre-ordered the phone at about 2:51am central time due to the website acting all weird, and when I woke up this morning it said my order was canceled.
Called Sprint order support and they told me there was a error with the system and that’s why it did it. No other reason then that. Don’t even bother calling telesales either you’ll be on hold for at least 40-45 minutes.
Placed the order again online because I just gave up trying to speak to someone and it says pending, and still set to be shipped by 11/3.
Just a friendly warning. Good luck everyone.

OK finally awake again! I've received my e-mails and the order was confirmed with a delivery date of 11/3!!

Most of you are probably aware of this already, but I wasn't
JOD device protection is available for $10, but you can get device protection that includes free Apple Care for $12.
Of course over the term of the lease, you will end up paying about the same, but it beats having to shell out $199 up front.

I'm more optimistic that we'll get it by 11/3 as they've updated the Sprint delivery dates on the myorder page. 11/3 if ordered by 11am on 10/27, 11/14 if ordered after 11am.
