Well since nothing else was working when started over this time I just clicked to buy the darn thing.. that forced me to pay off my current phone AND I was charged shipping AND activation fee. I’m hoping to fight that. But it went through, and I got an email confirmation. Ridiculous they can’t create a system to handle orders that is fair and works.
 
I finally got through on best buy guys! Confirmation email says it will ship by 11/10, so my fingers will be crossed!

I blew through order process so fast I didn’t see one, and there is not one in my confirmation email or if I check status of order.
As of 5:07 am eastern (2:10 into preorder) the Sprint expected shipping estimate page is still showing 11/03 delivery...

My confirmation says you can check 24 hours after your order, for an estimated delivery date.
 
Hallelujah!! Got my pre-order (Silver 256GB) in via Sprint with a confirmation number and delivery date of 11/3!

Get on Sprint Support chat as they will be able to tell you. I had an awesome agent who was trying to connect me with sales but it wouldn't work, so he ordered it for me since both my ordered cancelled. :)
 
I have a question. Those of us with iPhone Forever have to turn our phones in. Is the 30 days we have to do so 30 days from receipt? I hope so because if shipping does change to 5-6 weeks or more, what then? We're supposed to go without a phone until then?

I just got off the phone they gave me an order number I checked the site but no record found but remembered it said it’d take 24 hours to show up but I’m taking it as a sign as the order went thru

I’m fairly certain it’s from when you receive the new phone. At least it’s been that way in the past with another carrier.

Last year it was for my 7+ I got mine like a month after it came out and I had 30 days from when I got the new phone
 
Completed what I thought was a fake order since I didn’t reach a confirmation screen at all after checking out about an hour and 40 minutes ago, and I also didn’t receive a confirmation email. After waiting to chat with support they confirmed my order as valid and gave me my order number. I also asked them to waive the $10 shipping and $30 activation fees, they did not hesitate to do that.

Now to wait to see what my estimated shipping time is. Good luck all!

apple doesntnhave iphone forever?
also the apple site is giving me the option to reserve and pickup in store? is that accurate
 
In the 36 minutes prior to order processing without crashing, I jumped on Apple app and started upgrade there, fot as far as “checking for carrier eligibility” page, but it just spun since the Sprint servers were offline.
That’s when I made progress on the Sprint page, and got as far as selecting line, but when I did it errorred out saying “order pending”.
D’oh!
I was able to cancel in Apple app, and after selecting the mrs line and doing hers, both my lines showed up in the basket.
I could not press process order fast enough...
 
I ordered the iPhone 8 plus and received end of September, I am on iPhone forever.

Looks like I can actually upgrade to the iPhone X is this correct? Lol
 
Was able to finally get through: ship date of December 12th, but store option of 11/3 so took that option for a 2pm pick up. Got an email confirmation too. Good luck y’all

Payments should only be 22 a month

Sorry, see you said the 8.
Don’t think you can upgrade yet without paying some penalties....Unless you can make a convincing argument to the right CSR, maybe that you thought at the time you were ordering this years top of the line, but now see the X available and would prefer that...

Once you guys get to the two step process on Sprint website and it holds up....just click on your cart and checkout. It just worked for me. My girlfriend is thrilled for her iPhone X future arrival.

Did anyone get an email from Sprint Order Support with the subject “your order is pending”? I checked out around 430 and paid; they took my money but the website failed to load a confirmation and kicked me out. I kept trying until 6am when I got an order confirmation email from the 430 attempt, so i guess it went through after all. I checked last years sprint emails and it never had the “your order is pending” subject so I wanted to check with you all.

Just got done chatting with Sprint. I placed my first order around 3:45 am est. Did not receive any confirmation that order was processed, I got kicked back to the "deals" page. Plus my line still showed eligible for upgrade. I figured the order didn't go through. Placed a second order after several attempts around 4:30 am. Looked at my bank statement and was charged twice. Chatted with Sprint first guy told me one order was associated with my current line and the other was a new line. I was then sent to sales to see what was going on. Kylie informed me both orders were associated with the same line so she had to cancel the order placed at 4:30 and sent me the confirmation email for the first order. I will see how this plays out.
