Seems they are having some issues with their Mystatus page. Either it’s down or they are doing some updates. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Some of you may be seeing pending charges being refunded probably because Sprint isn’t going to finalize your charge til your device ships. Most pending charges fall off most bank accounts after 3-4 days if not cleared by the merchant. Don’t worry, those charges will come back this week.
That’s their typical verbiage they use. I remember them using that same line during last years preorder. Your order is fine. It’ll be shipping by Wednesday-Thursday for Friday delivery if you ordered early enough.
Oh I know, I've been ordering with them for the last couple of launches. Everything always works out in the end.
Last year I recall, they were a little more precise with shipping dates. I think for those who ordered when pre-orders went live, being told 9-20 - 10-7 is a little crappy. That's a broad estimate. They should do orders that will be getting it launch day with stated 9-22 delivery and those that won't, with like 9-23 - 10-7
Do the Sprint phones Apple sells directly on their website (IUP, unlocked, etc) come from the same stock/inventory Sprint uses for their own site? If so, then anyone who ordered up until around 2:00 PM EST yesterday should receive their phone on launch day.

Last year I didn't order my phone until around 2pm on preorder day and I got my phone on launch day. I don't remember what date they gave me, but stock lasted a while.

Order statuses are up again! (Still pending shipment)
I upgraded to a 32gb 7 Gold. I've gotten gold since they came out, but this year it just didn't look that great.
That depends on what model you got. The 7+'s were much difficult to get. There were plenty of iPhone 7's at launch.
Lets see how these 8 & 8P models ship compared to the real phone thats comming in oct.... Half of us will wait the other quarter will get & the other quarter.... Will wait also
The order status is back working again. Before you would get a message that your order number didn't match their records and wouldn't show any order information. That Error message you see, I find that popping up across many parts of their website.
So anyone else get a shipping notice? It says it expects to be here tomorrow? If so wow, getting a phone before release day will be sweet.

Side note: Don’t expect it tomorrow. Apple works with shipping companies so that everything is kind of mass delivered on launch day.
Basically it's an email that says my order has shipped with a bunch of standard info you'd see on any similar email.
And yeah you're probably right, as it's only the email that says tomorrow, the actual tracking is just in a ready state of sorts.
