Sprint messed up and sent me two iPhone Xs but now all of a sudden I’m not eligible for an upgrade. It’s a whole mess honestly.

That’s not true. Last year UPS delivered my iPhone 7 at 10PM. I still haven’t gotten my iPhone X yet and it’s 7:15 in Alabama.

received mine at 5:45 pm but called ups prior was told they can’t return back to warehouse with items still on their truck so hopefully soon.

Didn’t see this before, but originally it said scheduled delivery date was 11/03 and now it says, rescheduled delivery date with the same date?!

Mine says that too. I just called UPS and she said they WILL deliver today. She seemed very positive I would get my package today. So I’m sure it’s the same with yours. I guess patience is a virtue.
