Waiting also since 9am its 12:37 pm now no progress whent ahead and gave ups specific instructions to get to my house seeing as theres construction going on right outside they confirmed it and I git a call from the main branch in my area on aa private number so im hoping for the iPhone soon...

Ive said this on the post its cheaper to purchase the phone and sell private then pay off the lease youll get more in return

You do have to own the phone. These people are in a rude awakening 2 months from now when the bill credit is 'supposed' to be on the bill.

I used to work for Sprint and I'm telling you guys now that trading in your phone for a credit and trading in your phone to upgrade goes through two totally different departments.

My phone has been out for delivery since 8:56am it’s now 1:40 pm what sucks is seeing all the fed ex trucks drive by my house come on UPS I want my phone

Omg I saw UPS drive by my house on the opposite side of the street. Waiting for her to return to my side of the street!! I also believe she’s early which is awesome, them iPhones must be much lighter and faster to deliver then those other large boxes.

Yea same here I’m getting my package Delivered to my moms place she says the UPS guy always comes in the one O’clock hour we shell see.
 
Well guys. I’ve been to every sprint in my area and after being told the same old “no carrier received the iPhone X” lie I’ve given up lol. I guess I’ll stick with my 8+

Same here I seen Fed Ex and USPS truck pass by I'm like where the hell is the UPS truck

You have to go to Sprint website I think there a place where you activate it online I think its in a email after you ordered the iPhone X

Apparently the only phones that they have are for those who preordered in store and I honestly don’t think people did that. I’m in New Orleans and I really don’t think THAT many people cared for the X
 
UGHHHHH!!! When I mean to tell you Sprint just did me so shiesty. Lol, if you get the run around, ask for a manager. Due to Sprint's verbiage, they made an error but it looks like they may have caught on. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I took a pic of the same page I went through on my initial checkout stating Sprint Flex 18-mo lease with trade-in. But during/after my chat with a rep, he provided me with a link showing that the $41.67 is a valid number versus the $22.22 a month option that I went through & also took a picture of. He literally put me on hold in the chat to speak with his team & sent a link with the adjustment. I gave up through him & called this time, this rep stated that it should actually reflect on my billing, very vaguely & kindly (seemed too easy), but he did state he'd notate the account (Logan) if anything were to fall through the cracks.

Leased iPhone 7 Plus, 256gb, paid 12 installments here..

No rude awakening for me.
I guarantee you I will be paying the advertised discounted monthly rate shown as active on my confirmation email.
I learned to screenshot every promo/fine print relevant to anything I was/am doing, as well as get any offers/settlements/statements outside the norm sent to me in writing, including taking advantage of the email transcription option avaialble after online chat sessions.

I got completely hosed last year during the preorder delaying final delivery of my 128GB Jet Black 7+ to December 12th.

I would up being able to use the 128GB Grey 7+ they erroneously sent until the Jet Black landed, keep the 6+ I was scheduled to give back and over $500 in billing credits.

Through it all, I built some good contacts and relations with a few folks in the CAT / Executive Escalations team, and they helped make things smooth this cycle, ensuring our X’s arrive today....

I had to combat this. The reps will argue that you need to own the device but since it wasn't stated during any initial checkout.

Activating as been a PITA. It failed when the iPhone tried to do it on it's own, and the sprint website says you need to chat or go to a store to activate it, but the chat has been down...

Does anyone know if Sprint iPhone bought for full price at Apple store is GSM unlocked? I know that Verizon phone is.
