You have to fight them. Went through 2 reps via chat to where they literally changed the verbiage on the upgrade page to show the $41 & not $22. I had to tell them his because you change the page now doesn’t mean a thing. I literally took a pic before this chat. So I gave up & called & advised the rep of the struggles I was having. He said he would be applied accordingly, I asked for an email confirmation he said he couldn’t but he’d notate the account if I had issues. But the fact the chat rep put me on hold to have someone adjust the webpage itself is ridiculous. Smh
Chances are two months from now when your credit hasn’t gone through they will say there is no note on your account and there is nothing they can do because you didn’t own the phone.
