Contacted sprint again they are still saying 11/21 that's 3 weeks away.. should I cancel and try in store? My 6+ is only worth $106 not worth to fix screen and trade in

nope 18 months.. she tried to say when I get the X I will be able to upgrade every 12 months or so.. I said if I see another 18 months before I can upgrade again I'm going to leave sprint..
I could be wrong but I thought you could upgrade (trade in) every 12 months or finish out the lease term of 18 months and pay the difference of what you owe on the phone and own it outright. Again, I could be very wrong.
Nope, that’s how I️t works. At 12 months upgrade and keep the phone paying the balance, or upgrade and turn in the phone or keep the phone for the full 18 months without upgrading.
I’m new to this thread (sorry in advance if this was already asked), but how long did your orders say “pending” for? I just ordered my iPhone X last night and payment went through. I have est shipping dates of 11/10-12/8. Does Sprint usually ship quicker? I came from T-Mobile and they never failed to screw up orders in some way or fashion.
Do you mind if I ask why you left T Mobile? After 18 years with Sprint, I'm actually looking to possibly make a move and I like what T Mobile seems to offer. Mind sharing?
I’ve had bad experience with horrible customer service. I can only speak highly of one rep that went above and beyond to help me. Aside from that, their prices were a bit too pricey. The down payment for my iPhone X with Sprint was only $25, but with T-Mobile it’s $399 lol. BUT, where I live, T-Mobile has awesome reception. Their prices were the #1 factor, though.
My X was delivered today but I’m still at work with a 45 min drive home, ugh. Ordered on the 31st with an original eta of 11/14. Emailed received Saturday stating shipped for a delivery of Nov 7 and actually received Nov 6
Thanks! I live in Middle TN and Sprint works well for the most part but I've read that T Mobile is simply a better network when comparing the two head to head. Good luck with your new Iphone!

Also for the iPhone upgrade thing I'm going to take her word for it she said with the iPhone x my plan should switch to iPhone forever.. I doubt it's going to be that easy.. not way in hell do I want to get into another 18 month contract.. sprint tries to call it flex or whatever but it's still a contract.. hell I think after 12 month if I wanted to switch to the newest phone I would be looking to be spending like what? $500 just to upgrade?

If I turn in the phone is the remaining balance go torwards the new phone? She told me I could only sign up for that in a sprint store
Ordered on 10/29 @ 8PM Eastern. Shipped on 11/4 for an estimated arrival of 11/7. Arrived this afternoon, 11/6.
I pre-ordered on launch day, October 27th, at around 8PM ET, and I have yet to receive any updates from the original “Pending shipment” status. It is honestly getting me a little annoyed, especially when I ordered on the pre-order day. So to be completely honest, I wouldn’t be shocked if your status didn’t update for 1-2 weeks, unfortunately for me, it has been 10 days and still nothing.Anyone here order their phone over the weekend? See any updates? Just wondering

Thanks, I just hope Sprint does the right thing and get the phone shipped out ASAP. Hope you get your phone soon, I have had a chance to play with the iPhone X at an Apple Store and it’s just awesome, it feels like to first major change for iPhone since the first one. Hoping mine ships out soon. Ordered a Silver 256GB on October 31. It has cleared the bank right away. Been in the “pending shipment” status for days now. Suppose to be shipped by 11/14
