Stainless Steel Space Black Shipping Status

Interesting thing is even new orders for this band have May delivery.

I think it will look great with the SS Black when I don't want the link.

Yeah, me too, I want to wear the Watch all the time but Im not to sure how hard wearing the Carbon coating will be so i'll be wearing the sports band while i'm at work as I think the Black Link will soon get scratched while i'm at my desk.

Yeah, the sport band with space black pin is perfect for those situations where you don't want the link to get banged up or need to easily clean the band, say after a workout.

The black link bracelet that comes with the Space Black watch has DLC. None of these have shipped.

The silver link bracelet does not (or it would be black). This is the one that is starting to ship now (bracelet only - I have not seen any watches with this bracelet ship).
 
I have a big wrist, and the link band was tight on my wrist when I tried it on at the store. If anybody has a link they would like to donate after they receive theirs, It would be much appreciated. (Only if you need to take out a couple links to fit your wrist of course). The Rep at the store said it was already set at its maximum setting and no links were removed...i don't know if Apple will have any at the store for this particular problem.

Never thought of that I have one on order for June delivery Im still kinda up in the air about keeping it since I'm gonna get my space grey sport this week, I need to see how much nicer it looks to justify the price difference. If I do keep it and sell the sport I know I won't be needing all the links, if Apple won't help you out I got you covered.

I just ordered a white sport band today figuring it would take awhile to receive it.

I think it would have a nice deep black / white contrast. Only problem is the silver pin on the bottom. Not sure how much that will bug me yet. Maybe a little black paint? Or maybe it won't even be noticeable.

With the pin though, you don't really see it right? Only the little bud that locks the band together is seen when you turn your wrist around.
 
I ordered a blue sport band but I have a feeling I'll end up returning it for a black one with the SG pin. I wanted a little variety but I'm afraid the light blue won't go with the watch.

No movement on my band delivery. May 11-22nd estimated delivery.

That's my hope! It looks very tiny and almost unnoticeable in the pictures as the silver and white kind of blend together!

I do think the contrast will be great though.

The space grey sport and white band look off to me because the gray is too light or soft. I hope the more jet black nature of the the space black will look much better.

Edit:
The problem with that site is the space black stainless steel color looks way off from actual pictures. Hard to really judge from there. Does give you an idea however

Wow thanks! Wasn't expecting someone to actually offer. I also ordered the black sports band( for the gym use). I know that fits on me but barely. I just think since the black link band is gonna be rare. You guys are my best chance before you receive your watch and never visit the forum topic again.

Ya I think the shinier black stainless steel will really make this combo pop!

We just have a little more waiting to do!
 
Hopefully whoever get theirs first, they do a un-boxing video and upload it so we can see what to expect.

I got my money on the charger being black stainless steel too.

I even predict that we will get a box like the edition offers with the charger built in the box.

And I expect the packing be in a black box as well.

You might face some disappointment. Black charger would be cool though.
