Despite all the frustrations, it looks like things are going as planned as far as I can tell. I don't think I've seen Apple miss a window for anyone yet. With some of the regular link bands (only) starting to move and given the start of our orders is a week away now, I suspect we may start seeing charges soon. My suspicion is the next big wave will be landing very end of this week and next week.

Patience is a virtue.

What if the reason for all the expensive watches that are being delayed are because of the factory that messed up the Taptic engine was manufacturing our watches. Now, they are remanufactured it by another factory. Apple would not admit that they had faulty Taptic engines with our versions and that they have to remanufacture them. To me this sounds like a logical reason apple got delayed with the high-end watches.

Nope, not at all. The fault in the taptic engines (by all reports) was found in February, before production began.

or the company who does the DLC coating is either having problems or overwhelmed!

The fact is, none of the SSSB watches are delayed yet.

Only on the 28th we can start having that conversation. Until then, we are in the window that we agreed upon when placing our orders.

Or maybe, just maybe there are no production issues and from the watches people "favourited" prior to pre-order they knew that the sport would be most popular and the links/editions less so due to cost, so they decided to get the larger quantity orders out first....you know, like any logical company would do. ;)

I'm in AU and Interestingly my wife's Green S Band is being delivered direct from Hong Kong, so I'm thinking maybe the SB Watch may do the same thing since it's more convenient to ship direct from where the gear is being manufactured ?

A good wave of Milanese loops are all charging and shipping now. At least that's a metal band? One step closer down the list? Maybe? lol

It is kinda crazy all these watches out to :26 and beyond are shipping, yet here I sit with :01 and no reward, no complaints, just funny in a sense.
