All that really means is that more people ordered the 42mm.

That would be my guess also.

Ordered 42mm Black SS April 10 at 12:04am PT and get a "June" delivery date. (No specific date)

Order a 38mm today and get a 4-6 week delivery.

Looks like hey are going to pump out the 38mm first.

When I ordered a 42mm for a May 12-26 delivery, the 38 was May 12-26 delivery also... So this doesn't tell us anything other than they have a shorter waiting list for 38mm, which is not at all surprising given this style will appeal mainly to males.

No, unfortunately the Apple Store I was at did not have any Space Black models available to try.

No kidding. I originally ordered the SS link along with a 38 space gray for my wife about 5 minutes after pre-ordering started. Then the more I researched the DLC and went to look at it, eventually changed my mind and ordered the Space Black and cancelled the SS link. My wife has hers and I am stuck with this July ship date.
