It has been a painful wait, and a month of trying not to wish time away. I wrote to Tim Cook last week and got a response from customer relations the following morning. I was on a call for 25 minutes listening to how they didn't quite get it right, but I felt good that they were dong all they can to fulfil orders in the timeframe. We are waiting for in my opinion the best model of the Watch, it will be worth the pain and the wait, but I share with you the frustrations of not having any reassurance from Apple that the product is actually real. It's been difficult to judge what is real when there has been limited visibility of the Space Black model.
