Stainless Steel Space Black Shipping Status

So far, I've bought black and green. Can't wait to see what the green looks like with it.

Interesting that the stainless steel with link band thread and this thread has about the same number of posts but they have about 9K more views than this one.
 
I wonder if ours will be a little bit behind theirs by a few days (I certainly would like that not to be the case) but if you jus think about it from a production standpoint of bands ready last week (which is why the individual ones went out) then they need to be assembled with the watches (which is why the reg ss links are going out today). Then ours have another step on top of that of needing the DLC coating. That could delay things by a few days. Just saying don't get your hopes up too much. It will be worth it whenever it does happen, stay strong!

It seems to me like Apple is trying to get as many of the watches as they can on the first day of the delivery window. As far as I know, there were no models of watches received during the first window but not at all on 4/24.

The link bracelet charges today suggest that the first batch of standard SSLB watches will be delivered on Wednesday, again in line with the first day of the delivery window. If it were the case that ours would take a few days longer, we probably would have had estimates of maybe, say, 5/15-5/29.

I think the first Space Black watches will be delivered this Wednesday.
 
i have a May delivery dat just checked
Got a charge on CC but its for my space grey MacBook which also had a late May delivery date.
 
Holy **** the regular link bands are definitely moving. Lucky bastards. Plenty early in the day yet. Come on black!
 
My bank statements (HSBC) are years behind, will probably get my watch before I even see that Ive been charged :mad:

Yep, you nailed. No one else here is upset or curious about when their watch is actually coming. It's just me.

Anyway, let's say that I'm hopeful they make the beginning of the window based on the fact that a majority of watches up until this point have shipped on or before the first date in their window...but I'm not holding my breath.
