sounds pretty good, is there a way to watch this while it happens? sorry for the n00bish question, but can i watch it online?

You will be able to get a live text feed of the event, and you can watch the actual keynote video a few hours afterwards, once Apple get it onto their site.

I'm guessing the Mac Tablet and iPhone? Both of them looked interesting in the MacLife magazine.

Hmm, since it's developers conference, Mac Tablet might be possible considering it uses the OS X and so programming on it would be like a combo between iPhone and Mac.

#&%@ the iPhone. I wish they'd show some iPod Touch love. I'd love a remodeling so the screen consumes the entire front (like the many similar fake mock-ups prior to release), AM/FM tuner, and 64GB. They do that and I'm dusting off the credit card.

I'm just tired of no news on the iPod, as if it's an abandoned product. Even searching for news on it gives you nothing but a pile of iPhone stories to dig through.

I'm sort of surprised no talk of 10.6 Preview.
It is WWDC after all.
There needs to be a couple of Developer centric API's previewed unless they are looking to run Leopard out past the 3year mark.

Leopard hasn't even been out for a year yet. I wouldn't imagine talk of 10.6 until the 2009 WWDC. New releases of System 10 seem to be happening every 18-21 months now.

Leopard was first Presented to WWDC 2005 even thought at the time the release time frame was end of 2006ish. 18months or more of cooking time. Was only a few months after the Tiger release.

I guess it depends on what features are planned, if it's stuff that is mostly only useful if developers integrate it, which would seem to be the main scope for improvement anyway.

And a squeezable water bottle with the little pull-out plastic top.

Priceless, it would be funny if he spilt it over all the new stuff.

<Insert Funny Past Story while backstage crew go on the scramble>

And we're back. Much laughter and applause...
