Ok, after doing much thinking and coming to some reality, since YouTube never really worked on OS 9 to begin with, the idea comes to mind - who needs it ? But, we can do other web browsing with OS 9 which will allow us to browse the internet lightly - what am I saying ? Just that ! We don’t need YouTube and from my point of view Google seems to just want to kick off the old browsers from YouTube permanently - I agree with this, BUT — If we can get somehow TLS 1.2 installed into either Netscape, Icab, opera, or Classila that will at least allow us to lightly browse most of the non YouTube internet and still enjoy retro like browsing.. let’s leave YouTube for our phones, modern computers.. I know this is possible because most websites out there are text based anyway ? Not that I support CNN, but is it possible to access a text only version ?
Possibilities to think about for light browsing as the Win 98, 2000, XP can still do most of these with Palemoon and Kernel EX.
again, YouTube was bad on Os 9 to begin with.. let’s do light browsing.. it’s good Leopard still allows us to browse YouTube - BUT RETRO isn’t about watching YouTube and certainly today’s Macs aren’t about it either - we have lost the true meaning of what a computer is.
