B&H has the Nano Texture Tilt Stand in stock.
I'm in the same boat...I need three of them. But unfortunately it appears as though stock for these is not in the U.S. yet. I would hope within the next couple of weeks we should begin seeing them arrive at Apple Stores.
Every time I get a new notification for this thread I’m hoping that’s what it’s for. Gotta happen eventually!
Mine arrived about 30 minutes ago and I've got it all set up. Initial impressions: Very good. Seriously, I don't understand the complaints other than people wanted a 27" 5K Pro XDR for $1000. Unrealistic expectations aside, this is a really nice monitor. Color and brightness are great. Black levels are good, but not as good as the mini LED displays. It's a slight overall improvement compared to the iMac Pro this display replaces. And much better than the Dell monitor I've been using the last few months. For built-in speakers, they're pretty darn good, better than the iMac Pro. Really. I've only launched FaceTime to look at myself via the web cam. Doesn't look any better there than on my phone, so we'll play with the camera more.
So there's my quick and dirty mini-review. $1599 does make this a tough sell for some people, especially when someone doesn't want/need the extra features. But I'll also say that for the price, this is probably the most well-rounded display on the market. Apple is not wrong to charge this price at all. It's not like there are other glossy 5K, 600nit, P3 gamut displays out there to be had with good built-in speakers and web cam.
The mount situation and proprietary power cord thing are weird... Not sure I understand the rationale behind those decisions.

I see there is a Standard Height/Tilt available in Madison, WI if anyone wants it.

What is the range for this anyways? It doesn't seem to be country wide but I can't tell how big the range is and it doesn't say.
Luckily not haha, I'm 8 hours away from WI not 16. 16 hours to go there and then back home.
if you put in another item that's in stock at most stores (like an iPad), it should show you all of the stores it's checking. For me, it's the 12 closest Apple Stores, but not sure how it is for other areas.
By the way, there is at least 1 Nano Texture Tilt-only model in Columbus, OH. It's been there for several days.
Picked up my replacement today from my local Apple Store. It was either that or wait until mid June for delivery
i guess the middling reviews didn’t do much to turn people off of buying them, huh?

Have anyone who ordered the ASD Standard Glass VESA Mount from Best Buy with store pickup scheduled for April 20th gotten any update regarding his order? According to my Magnolia/Best Buy account manager my pair is supposed to arrive this morning to the store but I haven't get any update and Best Buy chat CS representative said this morning that they haven't arrived to the store yet and most likely would arrive tomorrow night or Wednesday morning I was really hopping to get them today!!
UPDATE: Just got the emails from Best Buy to let me know my pair of ASDs VESA Mount are Ready For Pickup... Ironically, got the emails 7 mins before store's close time LOL. Tomorrow it's then

Got the ASDs VESA Mount this morning from Best Buy. They are up and running and they look AMAZING!!! Already cancelled my order from Apple Those still waiting for the displays to arrive to Best Buy, keep checking as they usually arrive 1 to 2 days earlier than the date scheduled for store pickup.

Thanks all for the heads up on Best Buy. I walked in tonight, and a sales guy in the Apple section asked if I needed help. Asked him if he could order a VESA Studio Display and said I'd read online that it's possible even though it says "Coming Soon" online. He said let's try and sure enough was able to. It's supposed to arrive to store on 4/27. He was able to match education pricing with a manager approval (I work for a university).
I asked him to check if standard tilt and height could be ordered, and he tried but it wasn't available.

I had the tilt and height adjustment model and while the mechanism is elegant and pretty, the VESA mount that I have now is more versatile.
Yea, i have a tilt/height now at home office and love it. Once i had it, I had no choice but to get a second for work office, and VESA works better for me there so it worked out!
