anyone with canvas can tell me if the shell of it scratches the back of ipad ?
because i was thinking on buying SGP Full (Lcd + back films) but its $33 and only the film is 21 (without shipping).
And another question is :The canvas fits with a back protector ?

No scratching at all in my time with the case. The inside while not lined is very smooth.
Yes I have done it many times since it's my main case I use. I have to take it off often to film other case review videos. It can be a bit tricky but if you work one corner at a time it pops off pretty easily.
Didn't say they weren't, just pointing out that case artwork looks similar to the style Limp Bizkit used in their early days.
how is the screen protector comes with the case?

It's a crystal clear type, if you want anti-glare or anti-fingerprint you do need to get another one. Otherwise, at least give the free one a chance. You might love it and save $20 or so. Also, I normally don't care for those antiglare because you'll get rainbow colors around pixels with AG and AF type protectors.

Anyone know what the return policy is on this? I am debating getting this and the CEO hybrid, and return one.

I ordered Friday night, April 15th. All I have received still is my payment confirmation from paypal. Nothing at all from SwitchEasy.
Edit: Additionally, I just checked my credit card. The payment is still pending.
Same here. I also ordered Friday night and haven't gotten anything yet. I hope there's not a shortage again.
Just got the case today. First of all let me say, great job Switcheasy. Looks like a very well designed case. I agree with all of the reviews.
I do have one small issue though.
The case is very tight right of the package. So tight in fact that the clasp that closes the case is digging in to the plastic as I close it. Right now the gray plastic has a gouge in it from opening/closing and I'm wondering how much worse this is going to get. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions to avoid this? I've tried bending it, but it's pretty tight.

I also got the case today and it's amazing so far!! It definitely makes it heavier than my original smart cover / bodyguardz combo, but it's well worth the trade off IMO.
Psychonaut, what did you find was the best way to remove the ipad from the case?
Got mine today too. Definitely like it more than my Speck HD case but agree the clasp is TIGHT! add more weightthan the Speck but overall I prefer it much more and I liked the Speck to begin with.
Easiest way for me is to pop two corners out and the rest of the iPad will lift out from there. If you think there is value in a removal video I would be happy to shoot one for you all.
