Never mind, I fixed mine with a hair dryer and a butter knife. Now it works like it should have!
This case is incredible. I got mine in the mail today. I was using the Marware CEO Hybrid and it was annoying to open two clasps every single time and then two more to stand it up. The clasps were a pain to get broken in.
This is just a top notch folio. It's got everything. They really went all the way with this case. This may be the best case I've ever had for anything.

Ordered mine from the international site June 8th (am) and already received the case today, June 10th (am) here in Canada. Didn't even know it had shipped yet!
Now I just have to wait till June 28th to actually receive my iPad :s

Same for me here in Canada too. Ordered on Wednesday, received today on Friday. Very fast shipping.
I ordered the Charcoal, what about you? I didn't want it to be all black, with the black iPad. The grey seemed very light. I thought about brown. Some reviews it looked like a deep leather brown colour but some it looks pale and almost reddish brown.
I never received any notification of my order other than my paypal automated receipt. Was expecting an email that morning saying they had processed the order and there was the package at my door
Ordered a brown Switcheasy Canvas Sunday night, it arrived Wednesday morning. Great shipping response.
I like how it holds the iPad, covering just a smidge of the aluminum edge.
Color is very nice, it matches the interior of our VW Touareg, gotta coordinate!
The latch is a little stiff, but it's loosening up a bit already.
Bottom line, happy with purchase.

Charcoal for me also. How did you find the latch? Mine was tight at first but it has loosened up.
Just noticed mine has cracked in the bottom right hand corner tonight so emailed Switcheasy to see what they say about a replacement.
Go to their site and fill out the form describing your problem. I had the same issue, and they shipped me a new one within a few days. No fret.
It's the velcro on the underside of the cradle that seems to flatten over time. Take your finger nail or credit card and run its sharp edge along the velcro several times. This seems to help.
I got an email back and they said they will send Fedex to pick it up and once they receive it back they will send out a replacement. This will be the second time I have had a replacement from them and the first time they didn't pick up the old one before sending out a replacement so not sure what has changed this time.

Mine is tight, its loosened a bit as I've checked out the case. I haven't got the iPad yet, so I expect it to get better as I use it more frequently. iPad just left China

I used a wire brush (for teasing angora wool) did a brilliant job and its better than new after that.
My grey canvas case came in today and I'm very happy with it so far. The latch was overly tight, but it does bend after you apply enough pressure with or without heat so I adjusted it and it closes/opens smoothly now.
Is anyone using the screen protector that came with the canvas? I put mine on but it doesn't feel as nice as the original/bare glass and I'm thinking of removing it.
So far no cracked corners.. My spine does have a strange crease angle but it folds and can lay flat without problems so I'm leaving it alone for now.

Thanks beaver82. Peeled off the screen protector. You're right, the cover gives it enough protection. As long as I keep the inner flap clean it should remain pristine.

I just got my black canvas today and love it! Almost better than I expected. The clasp is a little tough to close, but I figure that will get easier with time. No cracks here and looks to protect it very well. Regarding the screen protectors, I am opting to not put one on, I figure the cover gives it enough protection. Unlike an iPhone where you are usually storing it in your pocket where it is more vulnerable to scratches.

Haven't had any problems with mine yet either. Only had it about 2 weeks but I love it so far. The screen protector has a lot of the rainbow effect with any kind of overhead light so I think I may remove it. Anyone know how it fits in the case with an invisible shield or anything like it? Was thinking about putting one on for when I have the iPad out of the case to still have some protection.
Wow! No wonder there is so much positive feedback for this case. I just got mine, a brown one, about an hour ago. Popped my ip2 in it and immdiately liked the feel. From the pics I had always assumed the exterior was hard and plasticy feeling. It is more of a pleasant soft feel than I had expected. The inside is very soft. I creased the fold and still have it folded. I can see how the fold could be a pain if the initial crease isn't right. IMHO the inside and outside should be joined at the crease but no big deal. I love the fact that my ip2 seems safe and I already dont feel the need to be as careful handling it as I have with it nude. It seems to be a winner, oh and no cracks out the box, and I hope none appear
And the other thing, after writing this post I went to close the case for the first time. The clasp was really tight and wouldn't close. I spent about 30 seconds bending it, first the corners then the middle, with my fingers. Now it closes just fine.
