Dead End

Looks like Tracking Under reference has no weight. Just reached out to UPS and they had no info. Here is a copy of the chat! *Edited out my personal info*

Initial Question: Question Regarding Tracking

Cel R.: Hi, this is Cel R.. I'll be happy to assist you.

Me: Hello how are you doing today?

Cel R.: I am fine., Thanks. How about you?

Cel R.: May I please have your tracking number?

Me: I'm doing good! I had a question regarding a shipment I need assistance tracking. I don't have a tracking number but I do have a order number. Now I put my order number under tracking by reference on ups.com and I did show I have one package matching my criteria. I also heard this could be a bug in the system.

Me: I sent over a screenshot of the tracking by reference

Cel R.: Thanks. Can I have your zip code?

Cel R.: I am unable to search for shipments without a tracking number. However, we do have an on-line service called UPS My Choice. It has built in security features that allow us to match incoming shipments to your address. With a Membership, you can obtain all incoming tracking numbers within 5 minutes after enrollment using our Delivery Planner feature.

Me: Yes I have a UPS My Choice account didn't show anything either

Me: So how come it found one package under the tracking by reference section on the site?

Cel R.: The selection on our website, based from the print screen that you have sent shows that not available. It means we do not show or we do not have any information.

Me: Why does it say Your search found 1 package matching your package reference criteria. Could it be that UPS is in beginning stages of processing my shipment?

Cel R.: I have seen that. It also shows under that, under the number, not available right?

Me: Yup! But above that it says Not all tracking information is available at this time. Please try again later.

Me: So I was wondering if this indicates maybe that UPS is currently processing it? Or is there nothing going on period at this time?

Cel R.: I am sorry, I do not have any details to provide you. Please contact your shipper and ask them to provide a UPS tracking number or a designated Me: Ok thank you very much!
 
Lol I put email notifications on for this thread, I can't miss a post! I'm too obsessed with this phone right now.

Yeah if possible, don't port until you have your phone in hand. I switched from ATT last year and tried to time my cancellation with them alongside my receipt of my iphone 5S. It almost worked except I went in to port my number--and the second they retrieve it from ATT, ATT cuts off your service and if you don't have your new iphone yet, or an unlocked phone to put your Tmobile sim card into for the meantime, you're SOL. I was phoneless for almost two days.

For me it did find a package so I imagine there is movement going on but I do not have a official tracking number or scheduled/estimated delivery date.

Worked for me, thanks. Same boat though, no date. I ordered at 4:50am Friday, but my original ETA was 9/25, so I may have a few days.

You are in good company! If I would quit watching this thread and forget about the phone, it would arrive eventually without all of this stress. Once they start providing tracking info, life will get better. Because I am obsessed.:D
 
So in the meantime while everyones hopes are dashed, lets introduce ourselves shall we :) It seems we are this together for the long haul.

Never saw that thread, but this thread is becoming hilarious! Killed me when it was revealed all these mail innovations verifications were bogus, haha.

Or the one guy flipping out about JUMP! moving ahead that he canceled his new line of service instead of waiting to see if JUMP! priority even affected him.

Same current device, I made mine GPE. I have JUMP! but I didn't get the choice to use it (ordered 6+ at 4:50am PDT when the site was barely functional). I dont know if I could even really JUMP!, since I rooted and modded my M8.
