For Tmobile preorder, what number are you all calling?

I just logged back into my-t-mobile.com, and I see all my lines and the one that I have Jump on shows the Jump icon.
I just clicked on that number and ordered.

Does the delivery date stay the same if i sign the EIP later on? The EIP was sent to the primary account, which was my aunt.. She is currently sleeping.. Now I have to wait..

So I finally get to the checkout and get "We are temporarily unable to take your order online" greaaaat.

well the thing is, it wont let me order because it says my account is past due, although i have a payment scheduled for tomorrow :mad:

It says that it was sent to my(my aunt's) Email and I will have to do it from there. Did i miss something? Oh no..

again the jump part of the store isn't working. It doesn't show any phones for me. I can't use those links to preorder my phone

it's an utter **** show at this time.

I guess the saying, you get what you pay for....sad that out of all the carriers the one that apple mentioned can't even get their **** together
 
So how have people been able to order through Customer Care if according to Customer Care the Sales Department is currently closed for another 45 mins?

My friend got that message as well, i think it means you can't get the phone at the price online. You have to call them and they will tell you how much you need to pay to order the phone.
 
on the phone with them now and you can not preorder using jump online or over the phone going to the store!!!
 
When I called 611 around 6:30 I requested a call back; just got the call and did the order over the phone no problem...

The rep told me that if expedited shipping should guarantee delivery on 9.19, so I did it. It was an extra $14 bucks--where the expedited option online was $24.

So now I wait to get the order confirmation email (sent back the EIP thing already!)

Yeah, I saw that too but if you do it that way there's a popup that says you're upgrading without JUMP!
 
When I called 611 around 6:30 I requested a call back; just got the call and did the order over the phone no problem...

I got a call back as well, ordered silver iphone 6, 64gb. Asked him when I would get it, he said 9/19. My shipping cost me I believe 6 bucks and it would get here on 9/19.

Yeah, so I may have just wasted 8 bucks on the "expedited" shipping, but if it guarantees arrival on the 19th I'm okay with it!
 
I just finished ordering mine too from 611 customer care. had a really nice lady. she did my iphone 5s trade in over the phone, the called droped 3x and she called back. she emailed me to EIP and i signed it and she made sure she received it also. i got the 64gb iphone 6 plus and i also paid an additional 300 down on my AMEX card. but i been up since 12am and now its 7:31 est . THE APPLE.COM didnt start working for me until 5:57 , and tmobile preorder site still isnt working. i did pay the additional for overnight shipping just in case.

by the way the preorder site isnt working but the normal tmobile site and click on shop or upgrade and u will see the iphone 6 only in 16gb tho. you have to called to get the other GB option . at least in my case thats what i had to do.

You need to click on your phone number and not the jump icon. But when I try to do it now I get the "our website is temporarily unable to complete your request" error.

Probably getting hammered now.

i called from my phone and i did the call back method and than i hung up and dialed again. while i was waiting my phone rang and it said i had a called back from tmobile and after 30 sec someone came on. my friend opted for the call back method and he decided to wait on hold and hes still waiting on hold. so idk whats going on. call back mthod seem to be working much better
