This sucks. Can't do a JUMP! upgrade online, nor over the phone. Have to go into the store when it opens.

ORDERED!!

Now, hopefully I got in on time to get them next week.

I didn't really get an estimate, just a verbal disclosure that due to high demand it may be delayed.

Called the number listed on the order number page (1-800-672-5390). Gave the automated system my order number. It says the order is currently being processed, and is expected to be delivered by September 18th, 2014.

That'd be real neat-o, but I'd like to be sure, so I'll be calling CS instead.

Just called that number and it said the same thing, delivered by September 18th, 2014.

I've never been a T-Mobile customer so maybe you guys can help answer a couple questions for me. Ok, So my contract with ATT is up on Sunday so I ordered via the apple website a 16gb iphone 6 and I selected t-mobile (off contract). I noticed that there is a pending transcation for about $690 on my credit card but it has not gone through yet. My question is, I would much rather just pay about $200 up front and have the balance spread over 24 months. I'm not sure how T-Mo works, is that even possible since they dont do contracts? Is it too late since its already charged to my CC?

PS- I am technically still an att customer, I haven't even called T-mo to sign up with them and pick out a plan, etc...

pps- delivery date is 9/19

Was this an order placed on the phone or online?

I did an order over the phone, signed my EIP papers and was given an order # but its not in the system yet... :(

The only way to get the EIP (spread out payments) is to order directly through T-Mobile.

just got of the phone with t mobile and I can only pre order the 16 version at this time. WTF is going on?

Was FINALLY able to order one on the phone. She wasn't able to give me a ship date. Said she didn't know that info since it is a pre-order and inventory is not technically yet available.

I got 6+, 64gb, space grey.

Edit: Only had to pay $99 down payment.

I haven't gotten an email confirmation, but I did get a text, and when I go online to my.tmobile and look up my order I see it.

Freaking thing let me sign the agreement then all the sudden it said I have pending changing and can't process my order. It appears as though it change my voicemail to free and the change is pending so i'm screwed. Just about ready to give up for now just too frustrating.

My order went through online, got my email confirmation with no delivery date. Gave them a call and was told they couldn't give me a date.

The EIP I had to sign said that payments would begin on 10/4, which is the beginning of my next cycle. I assume I will have the phone by that date because it doesn't make sense to pay installments before you've taken deliver?
