I'm not worried. Yet. I think that the line they have been pushing all week, that back ordered is what the system shows on a preorder makes sense. So I'm hoping that this is just a blip or a sign things are moving along. We will know soon enough I guess.
 
I had enough. Just cancelled my order. Of course there is no guarantee. I will bring my lawn chair and camp in front of the store at 3AM.

I'm going to do that depending upon what happens between now and tomorrow night.

If I go down that road I probably won't be walking out with a TMo iPhone.
 
I only with the would take all of my money and give me my shipping info already.

I ordered a 64GB Space Gray Plus on Friday at 5:55 AM Pacific time. Just got Backordered with a time of 3:17:39. I'm going to take a guess that they ran out of that particular model and the time indicates position in the queue, as in earlier Backordered time rather than a later Backorder time. Anyone else want to share Specific model and Backordered time if they got that?

Maybe it's a good thing? Mine is changed to 3:19:52 also. But some people who ordered very early also got the status change, maybe it's just a poorly worded update? I am just being hopeful.

Honestly I think it means they went through the first batch yesterday of your type devices and it wasn't in the shipment so they updated it to reflect that.

Mine still has its original backorder date but no tracking yet

Unfortunately, that would be my assumption as well. But some people pre-ordered very early on the 12th and have the updated time stamp, is it possible some models have that low of stock?
 
WiFi Cellspot & My Order

Just called TMO customer service and they aren't able to take orders for the routers. She originally thought I could go online, but then was reading her instructions. I explained it's not anywhere on the website to order. She had to forward to a supervisor so that they could place the order.

I asked her about my order for the 6+. Although it says back ordered on the site, she said it says pending on her end.

Have to take everything with a grain of salt.

I really hope not - I started my phone call at 6AM ET on 9/12 and had my EIP conf. email at 6:34 AM ET
 
I called CS to ask if there's something wrong with my order. I pre-ordered on 009/12 around 2:30 PDT with everything signed and processed email received from T-mobile. I still haven't gotten my card charged and receive any sort of notification since.

The CS said there is no way people could have gotten their card charged, and receive shipment notification email since every internal document we have says that the phones are not suppose to leave the warehouse until the 19th.

Yup.. me too.. Used to say BackOrder 9/12/2014 at 9:24:39 AM (EST) - I was first one in the store when it opened at 9am EST (6am PST)

EIP / non-jump / iPhone 6+ 128 Space Grey / No charges yet.
