T-Mobile my account and order status phone line is down.

Same here as of right now.

I called last night to figure out why my orders were cancelled. Three different CS Reps and finally got a manager who took the time to look into the issue.. My wifes iPhone 6 16gb Jump! order is perfectly fine but my iPhone 6+ 16gb got fubared. Somehow the system ordered a iPhone 6 64gb phone, so I had them cancel the order. Now I'm trying to either

A. Re-order the phone and wait it out (4-6 weeks from what I'm told)
B. See which stores near me is opening early and attempt to buy it in store on Friday..

Either way.. BLAH!
 
My Backorder still shows the 13th. Still no tracking for me though. iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey at 11:45AM friday.
 
I knew I should've went silver! I'm kind of sick of Space Gray after having a 5S this long anyway! :mad: :mad: :mad:

I'm in Minnesota w/ no charge yet. :(

I'm sure that for most people who were charged yesterday for the full amount, things will start happening today. Give it time. charge-->ship, that's how it's supposed to work and how it worked for me.

The Plus seems like it'll be difficult though.
 
UGH. I tried all day and into the evening on 9/12 to do a Jump upgrade - online, by phone - neither worked. Called local store and they wouldn't/couldn't do it. Finally got through online 9/13 around 5:20am... entered upgrade order, gave credit card info, signed/returned EIP and got my copy back.

My status since 9/13 6:27:15 has said "Pending Shipping," with an estimated delivery date of 9/26. Until early yesterday, when it changed to Backordered 9/14. Haven't been worried about that at all as I've been reading this thread! :) However, as of this morning, after reading that both new and Jump customers who ordered after I did are getting their cards charged and their items appear to be shipping out, I decided I should follow up with TMo - I haven't had so much as a $0.01 hold on my card, much less a charge or even a pending charge. And my estimated delivery date is gone and I just have a Backordered status.

Website down this morning. 1-800 robo status # down too. Finally got a very nice rep who looked at my order and said everything appears in place, and she can see my estimated delivery date of 9/26, but beyond that was NO help and could tell me NOTHING informative. She had no explanation or theory as to why others who ordered later are already getting charged/shipped. Jump customers get priority, my Aunt Fanny.

I think if there's no update by tomorrow I may cancel my order and just try my luck camping out at the TMo store for Friday morning. Although I'd ordered a 64GB 6+, I'll settle for a 16GB at the store if I can get it Friday. I'd cool my jets and be patient if I had any faith at all that the 9/26 date was accurate, but this whole fustercluck of all things TMo over the last 6 days doesn't inspire confidence.

I see. Then based on what I have learned, is is indeed backordering in sequential order based on who ordered first. Now my question would be if anyone with a Gray 64GB Plus has not gotten recently backordered. If not then they simply do not have them in stock yet and will process them in said order when they arrive.
 
Unfortunately, that would be my assumption as well. But some people pre-ordered very early on the 12th and have the updated time stamp, is it possible some models have that low of stock?

Well it was probably based on the first shipment, not the first wave of devices. I expect more shipments are getting input into the system throughout the day and those probably have "our" phones on them
 
Was charged yesterday for both my phones.


Robot lady still says backordered, unfortunately I'm a new customer so my order status page is garbage poopoo "Order Placed". Can't see backordered time stamps.
 
Just booted from T-Mobile Chat. All of them provide different responses. FYI according to the reps. Nobody will receiving shipping or be charged before 9/19. BECAUSE....

They will start to ship them after date of launch. And every device is backordered until 01/01/2814.

So I was charged yesterday and now for the first time my account has a back order time stamp. I'm so confused as I thought when they charge you fully for the device that the phone has been shipped.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

lol well this is obviously not true.
 
I pre-ordered on 9/12 at 8:30am and now my backordered status is showing 9/17 at 3:17:47 AM. No charges have hit my card:(

Guess I didn't make the first shipment cut off. I'm not cancelling I just hope it can get shipped within a week or so:(

I've had no updates to my order since I placed it circa: 4:50AM ET on the 12th

Now, I have a Backordered timestamp that has replaced my initial "Pending Shipping at ..."

I just can't believe that after days and days of unhappy customers, unhappy calls and how badly the launch was handled by TMO - there hasn't been some kind of acknowledgement about what is happening with our orders, and we're just left in the dark. Like I've always said, if I don't get the device on Friday, I will seriously rethink this relationship!

I have the same situation. I am guessing our phones will ship soon (hence the charge), but are not physically in the warehouse yet (hence the new back ordered status). If everyone was getting the new back ordered time stamp then I would be worried.
