yesterday, i switched 2 lines to tmobile from ATT and purchased jump, one phone being the iPhone space gray 64g

It will most likely stay backordered. But you are on jump, so that might be somethig good since they were going to give priority to the jump orders. I ordered on sep 12 at 5:35 am and I got my backordered stamp updated today. We all feel the same pain man.
 
I just got off the phone with supervisor who said that if the card was charged that means we are in the process of assigning you a tracking #, and if a tracking # was assigned, UPS should be picking up stuff either tonight or tomorrow depending on how far they need to go.

She said they are multiple departments involved in getting it to shipping.
All iphone orders that are waiting to be shipped will be a) matched to a location where we have that particular phone in stock b) card will be charged c) tracking # will be shown d) tracking # will be active e) hopefully by friday you receive your device.
 
So I didn't order until about noon on the 15th... 128GB Space Grey 6+

When I made the initial order I was given an estimated delivery date of September 25th, does anyone know if I should expect a change to BackOrder?
 
A bit if a bummer. I just checked with a rep and they are showing 4-6 week backorder for me. I placed my order for the 6 SG 64GB and 6+ Silver 64GB at 7:30 AM EST on Friday, which was fairly early in the scheme of things.
 
THis s not true. I spoke with a rep yesterday when I heard this due to me wanting to get a refund for the 24.99 that I paid for overnight shipping. He said no one got bumped to overnight and that what you paid for you will get (i.e. paid for ground you get ground etc.)

You're still holding onto that? Lol. That was from a rep. We have heard multiple things from exec's saying they changed it to overnight. I'll take an executives word over a customer service rep I think.

just refreshed to another change, the total amount at the bottom changed from the full price of the phone to 154$ seems maybe I got lucky. I can only hope i suppose.

It's not like the will willfully wave a fee if there is no proof. I need some help, someone provide me with some proof/ firepower so I can get my 25 bucks back lol

Because that's what I want to tell T-Mobile right now.
 
Is this my 6+ case Apple said they were shipping today or is it a T-Mobile shipment for my iPhone? They did tell me my one of my cases would ship today but UPS just updated to show this a second ago.

Do the T-Mobile iPhones ship from Apple distribution centers?

First Post.....

I placed my order on the 12th around 5:00PM EST via JUMP 1 and EIP. I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus 64gb Space Gray. I haven't been charged nor has my status been updated since Saturday the 13th. I had an original delivery date of 9/19.

The reps are totally clueless. I wouldn't put any stock in what you wear told.

Good luck with that. Seriously though, TMO will probably automatically waive the shipping charge...seems thats what has happened to a few people who saw their final charge smaller than what they originally expected.

The final charge for me was the same as I got quoted for. They charged me for overnight shipping.

I paid ground (TMO still says UPS ground), but on The UPS webpage it shows "UPS next Day air saver"

Got my Tracking no this morning for an Iphone 6, Silver, 64GB, no Jump, charged to my bill...

Wow thats nuts, Im happy for you but I am a JUMP upgrader and I ordered the exact same device and I've got no shipping or notices yet.

Go through the thread you will see lots of people that have already posted links and screenshots of emails from executives and customer service reps (again, biased towards executives)

Well this is T-Mobile so what is true for one person has also been proven to not be true for the next, lol.
 
Well if your plus is backordered I can't imagine anyone else is getting one launch day. Even Apple had a 7-10 day wait time for the Plus I wanted when their store finally went up on Friday morning.

I don't know how many times we need to keep repeating this, but here goes. The back order status doesn't mean anything. Their system is not really designed to handle pre-orders and will list them as back ordered until they actually get the phones in their warehouse. Even then, it's very likely that they will go from back ordered to shipped without any status change in between.
 
I did a JUMP order on the 14th for 64gb 6+ space gray with Next Day shipping. While ordering said it would ship on 19th, but of course changed to backordered as (almost) everyone else's.

Currently still showing backordered with date of 9/15 2:55 am. No charge yet. (I got all excited for a moment to see a charge from T-Mo, but it turned out to be my normally monthly payment.....boooooo!)
