Was just told by an agent in chat that phones are being sent "first come first served," but that JUMP orders are separate and still being prioritized over non-JUMP.

The confusion continues.

The service is a joke. The pre-ordering, not so much. I have a friend who ordered hers at around 6AM and is pretty close to getting her tracking number.

Doesn't sound much different actually, aren't we all "pretty close" to getting a tracking number? hahaha.

FYI, there are 2 T-Mobile tracking tools. One under the "Alerts" module, and this one (https://my.t-mobile.com/OrderStatus.aspx). I like the second better, it shows an ETA.

Unless of course you get currently unavailable. I am completely in the dark here since Friday. All I know is that Robot lady says my order is backordered. I do not know if I have an ETA or what...

two iPhone 6+'s ( 128GB Gray and 128GB Silver ) ordered over the phone on Friday 9/12/14 at 05:40 AM PDT. Non Jump, regular EIP Upgrade. $24.99 Expedited Overnight Shipping

Never got an authorization charge lot anything.

CS says they can see all the info on the order including the last 4 of the card I gave them.

My orders have been confirmed cancelled. No questions asked this time. I. Am. Super. Upset...

I'm not upset about the fact I didn't get my pre-order.. I'm upset at the whole way T-Mobile has handled this god awful fiasco.

After hearing about the confirmation of my orders being cancelled to no fault of my own.. I went ahead and sent a email to John Legere which was VERY long but not screaming at him. I will let everyone know if I get a response from him.. Apparently he responds to emails or at least pushes them along to executive management.

I ordered a i6 Friday morning 730 central. I have a charge from tmobile, but as of this mining my order status online says back ordered (9/17)

LOL, I have chrome open with the dev console as we speak...!!

<span class="ui_body_bold">Estimated delivery : </span>

I see the following if I look at the HTML in a hidden div

Code:
<span class="ui_body_bold">Estimated delivery : </span>
<span class="estimatedDeliveryDate">09/24/2014</span>

Why were they cancelled?

Any chance you ordered through the phone with eip?

Did they give you any reason as to why?

John needs to set up another Uncarrier event soon just to explain all of this nonsense.

Yeah. I used to be with Sprint and would expect a tracking number by today and was very confident in getting it. With us here, there's no rhyme or reason as to what's going on. This thread has over 160 pages of confusion while the Sprint Pre-order thread has 23 pages of talking. Our service is better but we're more frustrated lol

To upgrade or not to upgrade, that is the question...

I was getting fed up with all this drama and decided to just cancel my order.

btw I ordered an iPhone 6/ Space Gray/128gb on the 12th at 9:28 PDT via TMobile online along with the Casemate Naked tough case

So the online order status now shows: Order Placed and when I call in it says back ordered...

When I called to cancel I was told that my order was already processing and they actually were unable to cancel. My only options are to refuse delivery or return via the prepaid label after receiving the order.

My original order tallied to 303.16 (including a crazy 58.18 sales tax amt) but after the old hold expired the new hold is now for 197.06 so I'm a bit puzzled.

The T-Mobile sales rep from Chattanooga said that it looks like I ordered early enough to receive it by the 19th...the rep said that even with standard free shipping I would prob receive it on the 19th....we'll see. I have about decided it's not worth the extra money since my current iPhones work fine but then again it might be so awesome I can't part with it.

Like in past upgrades the features that make it so irresistible at launch seem to loose my attention pretty fast and with an iPad mini already that I use all the time I'm wondering if plunking out over 800 clams for a device I don't even use that much isn't pretty silly. I will make a brief post later as to my final decision....to upgrade, or not to upgrade that is the question?

I see the following if I look at the HTML in a hidden div

Code:
<span class="ui_body_bold">Estimated delivery : </span>
<span class="estimatedDeliveryDate">09/24/2014</span>

<span class="estimatedDeliveryDate"></span>

No such luck over here, just empty, the same for tracking

On that note, why are they using inline CSS. I'm not a web dev snob or anything but that's just kinda blah.

nice find, that second one still gives me an estimated delivery date of the 20th which had disappeared off the page from the first tool

The weird thing for me is I see my order on "My T-Mobile" under the 'Alerts' section, but when I try this other link (or call RoboLady) it doesn't even know my order #. That's disconcerting.

Here's my current status:

Order type: New customer, paid in full
Order placed: 09/12/2014 at 04:25 AM PDT
Method: Web
Model: iPhone 6+ 64GB Space Gray
Current Status: Order Placed (via web) & backordered (via phone)
Card Charged: Yesterday night, full amount.

If you open the div drop-arrow following that line, you should see it. Mine gave me a date of 9/20. Here's hoping.

Well I joined just to comment on the thread.

I bought two iPhone 6 Plus, 16 GB, one gold, one space grey on 9/12 at 2 PM PST, via existing JUMP.

Don't know what they're doing but my dollar charges disappeared over the night.

tried 2nd site that is mentioned a few posts up and mine says

Status: Order Placed
Shipping carrier: UPS Ground

Your order is currently Order Placed. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Current order history:
+ Order date: 09/16/2014

so I am starting to think more and more that the CS reps are telling the truth about new customers that sign up for jump skipping to the front of the line. No complaints on my end but I suppose it isn't fair for the people that were already with TMO

I'm in the same boat as you I ordered Sep 12, 2014 at 8:34 AM PDT and my only option was to cancel (however it was for a iPhone 6+). Not sure if it means if it will make shipping but we'll have our answer in about 1-2 days.

Mine's given me a date of 9/18 under the CSS section.

Stats:
Phones: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Spacey Grey & iPhone 6+ 16GB Gold
Ordered: 9/12 (First day) at 10am and 2pm PDT
Charged: Yes
Shipping: UPS Expedited
Status: Backordered
Delivery date gone, only visible via CSS.

Good or bad news?

They arent using inline CSS... They are just declaring the class name. There are like 4 lines at the bottom of inline, but most of the page is just Classes.

So i just got off the phone with a CS rep and she said that the T-Mobile Retail stores would not be getting any iPhone 6+ at all due to the pre-orders. I was trying to find out how much of a hassle it would be to cancel my pre-order and use my Jump! at the store. Thought waiting in line would assure me a iPhone 6+ but after that i don't know. Of course we had someone state that he had a friend that works at a T-Mobile and that they should receive some. By the way

I pre-ordered at 11:50pm CT 9/12
Back ordered status

Originally had a expected delivery date but then was removed. UPS Express shipping method

I can confirm I was told this too by the T-Mobile reps at the store here(Delaware). Stores won't have the 6+ on launch day and I think it's true. The reps who are stating that they will have the 6+ probably don't know there's a difference between the 6 & the 6+, as huge as the difference is.

history_details_dummy !!! WTF !!

Look at the attached, I have an order that was updated at 3:17 am this morning but it's div class is marked as:

"history_details_dummy" - is it all fake!?! What the hell !!

If you open the div drop-arrow following that line, you should see it. Mine gave me a date of 9/20. Here's hoping.
